The potatos were harder than rocks. In fact I think rocks may have been more enjoyable to bite into because at least you expect them to be hard and taste like something you would not normally pay for and then wait a long time to put in your mouth.

1. Behind the counter and food processing area needs a serious broom and mop. 2. Tables were not clean, had to clean my own table. 3. Got my order wrong. Three times tried to get someone to get me a spoon. Apparently everyone behind the kitchen area couldn’t hear me 5. Ordered pinto and beans and out of spoons. Told me I had to use a knife. This taco bell should be shut down. Worse service I have experienced in my life, rude disrespectful people. Waited over 45 minutes for my food, when there were no people inside. Try to ask for help and they ignore you. This has happened more than once. The food tastes old. Would not get food from this location!!

I stop here a lot. They never remember your drink cups, and your order is always wrong and not very good, but hey, it’s Taco Bell. What can you expect? Everyone is nice and personable. I will probably eat here many more times. You can’t beat the location right off the freeway, and there’s usually truck parking.

This place is absolutely terrible. I ordered some normal tacos and the new volcano taco and they charged my card 2 times and instead of refunding me one they just made 2 orders. So I just took the 2 orders because I didn’t want to be that guy. I got home and THESE GOOBERS HAD 2 CHANCES TO MAKE 6 TACOS CORRECT. I ORDERED HARD SHELL TACOS WITH JUST MEAT AND CHEESE AND I GET TACOS SMOTHERED IN NACHO CHEESE. On all of them not just the single volcano one I ordered. Not to mention they messed up both orders how y’all mess up the same order twice in a row bruh. Absolutely insane. There’s a combined 3 brain cells out of the 7 people that work there. And the 2 employees making out and gettin dirty in the dining room need to be told to go home and do that . 0/5 stars.

The evening of Wednesday Feb 9th. Me and my partner went to this location. We ordered 2 Fiesta Veggie Burritos, 1 Spicy Potato Soft Taco, and 1 Black Bean Crunch Wrap. When we got to the window, the girl said “We are out of potatoes, would you like a replacement”. I told her I wanted another one of the Veggie Burritos but without guac. So they made the order and we went on our way. I swear, we should have checked the order before leaving the property. When we got home, we realized that the Veggie Burritos were not even burritos. They put all the ingredients that were supposed to be in the burritos into a SOFT TACO SHELL. I was like what is this!? Then, we realized that the Black Bean Crunchwrap had absolutely NO beans in it. So we called up the manager and he said we can bring the order back. So we brought it back and asked them to remake the order. First of all, the one little girl LIED to me about having no potatoes because the order they remade for us had a Spicy Potato Soft Taco in it. The order they remade for us was a complete failure. The Veggie Burritos had no guac in them. The only good thing about the remade order was the Black Bean Crunch Wrap and that wasn’t even wrapped all the way. The Spicy Potato Soft Taco had guacamole in it… what?! That taco does not need guacamole, and its not even supposed to come with guacamole. I’m so confused as to why it had to be like this tonight. I was so disgusted with it, I couldn’t even finish the order and I had to throw it away a second time. During the daytime, this Taco Bell is decent. When it turns night time, they have very incompetent and ignorant people working. No wonder why this place has the hire so often, they never hire good people. I feel like they are joking around with us and playing games. Overall, I’m confused, disappointed, disgusted, and feel like I’m getting played.
