(Order #976016) I ordered 2 Vegetarian Mexican Pizza & they delivered 2 Beef Mexican Pizza. I realized after I took my first bite. I immediately called the store & talked to store manager Diane. I was requesting if they could resend the 2 correct orders items in delivery. She denied it & went ahead to even deny refund unless I drive to their store with the wrong order. I told her I did delivery bcs I cannot step out of my workplace until 5PM. She said I can come after 5PM to get a replacement.

After seeing all of the commercials, I had to try the crunch wrap. It looks a lot bigger on t.v. However it was made fresh was piping hot and was very tasty. The restaurant was super clean. A enjoyable breakfast.

I asked if they had that blue breeze slushy in the drive through and the lady said yes so I bought it in large. When I went up to the counter they gave me a different drink all together and asked why and they said they were all out of the syrup to make it… why did you let me order it if you didn’t have it and why would you give me a random drink instead of asking if I wanted something else. Yall are gonna make me cry I swear please just say sorry we don’t have it. Don’t hand me something else and ignore it. I’m kinda glad they didn’t have it tho because I got the watermelon one instead and it was great

I cannot remember ever getting such amazing service at a drive through of any fast food place I ever visited. Staff was friendly, funny, honest , and professional. Could have kept my money when I gave too much, but returned it immediately. Could have said oh well when i took off without my soda but she ran out and got it to me before I left the parking lot and before I even realized I didn’t have it. I didn’t get her name but she has my vote for drive through cashier of the year way to go lady whom I cannot name but will never forget .

There pretty good at night most of time but they didn’t give us all we order try give us any I ordered but what never understood how they forgot to give me mine I and when I go right I had not gotten far ue got extra food well ini stil ate meat I would have eaten it.. but over all there not a bad taco bell believe me.. so have a heart if they make mistakes it happens there always going give you what they missed..

I’m comparing this to other Taco Bells. About the same as the others. I have cut back on going to taco bell and del taco. Much rather go to a more traditional place. Within 1 mile is Serranos, Frejolies, Habaneros Grill and Robertos. Adam

Taco bell needs a lot of work with regards to their late night offerings. The staff seems like they really don’t care. The order had both wrong ingredients in the items that were in the bag and we were missing several items. Even the drinks were flat telling me that nobody is paying attention to their machines inside the restaurant.

I used to really like Taco Bell. Now only so-so. Menu has gotten so big but with stuff I don’t feel is really Mexican food. The stuff I like is gone or changed to the point that it’s not as good as it used to be. I’m hunting for a new fast food Mexican place.
