This store has undergone a recent change, where they no longer accept orders at the counter. They instead, man the counter with a staffer, who directs you to an order kiosk, instead of actually taking an order. They’ll even show you how to order on the kiosk. So why is it so difficult to just take the order?

The service got way better. The time in the drive-through is fast. We come to this location because of these simple services that you don’t get any more in other fast food restaurants. Now, just to be clear, we come after 7 pm. I have come during busy hours in the middle of the day, and it was just as quick and fast as night time from my experiences. I do hope you get the same results.

This is probably one of the worst Taco Bells’ I’ve ever eaten.. like what is this? The food was cold as freakin ice! And the portions are a joke, I literally ate a flour taco with lettuce.. cannot exaggerate this…it wasn’t lukewarm, “kinda hot”, or warmed up…. It was literally cold as hell!!! .I stay 3 miles away, Like how can the food be cold as hell like this.?? Just horrible.

Used the app, went to pick up order but it was canceled. Who canceled it, idk. Then was told to order again with the app because “only certain items are on the app and not at the physical menu”. Then when I got home (this is partly my fault as I should have checked the bag), I was missing 3 items.

It was my third time trying this Denny’s and the first two weren’t great either,but this time,I hobbled to walk inside then requested to know if Couter Service was available as I was moving real slow,just needing to sit down asap,but then when I wanted to put my Senior $5.99 Breakfast Order in,she automatically put it on the $11.99 order,asking over then again,if that was what I wanted. I was as polite as possible, clearly requesting what I specifically wanted, 2 times,again,when she did fix it,but then after not seeing the price of a Cup of coffee, that was $3.99, I was told I’d have to wait,for another refill,and then I was told I had to wait to get a couple of extra napkins,and was again told I had to wait for a Coffee to go cup,that when I asked if she would please top off my TO GO Coffee that the cups were like 6 Oz. Cups,so because my TO GO cup was at best,a 16 Oz. Cup,she barely added 2 more ounces of hot coffee into my cup,so it’s Definitely IHOP NEXT TIME,AT LEAST YOU KNOW YOU’RE GETTING AN ENDLESS PERSONAL POT OF COFFEE EACH TIME YOU VISIT THERE. ♀️ ♀️

Worst customer service skill ever would not let me add a little thing of nacho cheese at the window. They said that’s a new policy, but nothing was supposed to pin the windows or ordering board do the drive-through. Their food is always stale and it taste like it’s five days old they expect you to pay for it but when you call and complain they do not, do anything about it and just say I will talk to my employees which I believe never happened do not go to this Taco Bell

This is disgusting. If I could rate negative stars I would. I stopped by the drive through to get a burrito during my lunch time. Half way through eating my food this is what I find. Two strands of plastic inside my burrito 🙁 how are these employees not paying attention to this?

i stopped by this taco bell to try out the coffee. the restaurant is kept very clean, the staff is very friendly and they told me that they brew each cup individually to order. very nice pleasant place, they just remodeled it, the coffee is very good and not bitter. taco bell has really good coffee.
