I’m not sure why this Taco Bell has such a bad rap. I eat here a couple times a week on my lunch break, and so far out of maybe 20 times I have only had subpar food 1 or 2 times. Considering it’s a fast food restaurant, I think those are pretty good numbers. My food in the past has been cooked right and put together how it should be. My usual order is a chicken quesadilla, cheesy fiesta potatoes, and a soft taco. Little secret is the creamy jalepeno sauce. Put it on everything. Makes literally everything on the menu taste better. The staff always treats me how I would want to be treated, and when the wait is long, they make up for It. I asked my coworkers what they would rate this location and the consensus is 4 stars. Keep up the good work, will be back soon. Cheers!!

The night crew is rude and unprofessional af. Went through the drive-thru and when I asked if they had a specific item that’s currently being advertised everywhere but wasn’t visible on the menu they said they didn’t have it. I then asked for another thing and again claimed they didn’t have it. Finally decided on something and when they asked for my drink choices (3) I asked for coke they said they had Pepsi, no problem. I then asked for sprite and they said they don’t have it currently but they have Mountain Dew. I then politely said “okay, what DO you guys have?” and their response (male employee) was “it’s on the menu in front of you, do you not know how to read?” I decided to drive off and not finish my order. Considering the location of this Taco Bell that type of service is very risky because not everyone around this side of town is going to take disrespect kindly. These team members need training on proper customer service considering their lack of inventory.
