Ordered chicken tacos and was given beef tacos. How do you mess up something as simple as this? No apologies upfront.

Employees are extremely rude and will refuse your order if you are inside. I stood there for 5 minutes with the guy working drive through not say a thing to me. Someone walked out of the back and yelled at me “you have to use a kisok”. Then I’m after I order I watch her in the back being on her phone. I watched 4 paying customers walk out because the employees refused to take orders. If I have to do your job my food should be free. Just stay in your car and go through the drive through, they will still be rude but you won’t have to do their job they are too lazy to do.

We stopped in to grab something to eat. We were greeted by a lady Named Kathy. She was so kind, positive and happy that it truly made us feel glad we stopped in. She kept checking on folks in the dining room to see how they were doing. Now this is the kind of employees that businesses need. Please tell her how much we appreciated her great attitude.

Asked 3 times for senior discount. Girl at drive up window heard me all 3 times and ignored me. Her reaction shaking her head let me know she was not going to apply the discount but would not verbally tell me why. I have an ID if she wants to check. It isn’t the few cents I would have saved but the sheer ignorance that was a bother. I realize good help is hard to find these days but management needs to step up and train their help to be respectful at least.

I’m from the Midwest and just driving through Vegas. Gotta say this is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Food was prepared nicely and not thrown together, staff was incredibly nice, and restaurant was clean inside. Staff member Josh was a nice, chill person.
