Well one of my burritos was cold and hard as well. I am not sure how I feel about the self order kiosk, I didn’t know that was how Taco Bell did stuff now. And I noticed a staff member staring at me as I walked to get napkins. A good atmosphere otherwise, its basically Taco Bell and not very good Taco Bell.

Ordered this box and all the food was cold. The tacos stuck to the wrapper and we’re just gross. I will say that the chicken wings have good flavor despite being cold. Definitely not worth $25 dollars.

I went to Taco Bell at 10:40pm didn’t get my 2 berry burritos till 11:09 the young blk girl with braids in drive thru just laughing and playing running around with co worker look at the tape and handed me cold food & I never complain something needs to be done about the night crew

I just got home from the Taco Bell on 1491 Horizon Ridge and would not recommend this location to anyone unless you are okay with your crunchy tacos having pretty much no meat and a little bit of lettuce and cheese. They raised the price of a taco to $1.79 and then there not even going to fill up the taco shell.
