Sub par food at its worst. If this were the only taco bell in town, I’d never have taco bell again. I could explain what was wrong with my food and the service, but it’s easier to say what was right: nothing. Drive out if your way to go to a different location, trust me, it’s worth the extra driving.

I’ve had a lot of Taco Bell. This location had the best tasting supremes I’ve ever had. I ordered a party pack of hard shells and my mom and I devoured half each. That is not typical food consumption for us.

Chalupas were cold and hard. The grilled burrito was more tortilla than stuffed. Really thin! The cashier was good he brought our order to our table.

I went through the drive through. The guy at the window seemed disengaged. When I got my food he just handed it out the window and. Immediately closed it on me. No big deal. When I started eating the burrito I ordered it was the wrong order. I ordered a 5 layer and received a bean and cheese. Wasn’t worth my time to turn around and get it corrected.

There is Taco Bell near our house but my husband and I decided to try this location and we are so glad we did. We received excellent service. Food was made really good compared to other locations. Also it was very clean and the person preparing our food was very nice. I am sorry I didi not get his name.

I came here yesterday evening around 10 PM to order a quick snack on my way home. I’m glad I knew what I wanted already because the man on the intercom seemed very straight forward w/o any emotion in his voice.

This Taco Bell definitely needs help. Having to wait over 15 minutes for Taco Bell is ridiculous. The employee explained that they can’t keep up with the online orders, the drive-thru and the lobby. They’re overwhelmed. Dear management, get them some help!

I love Taco Bell but the location at Unser and McMahon is awful! They almost always forget to give me part of my order. Today a taco was missing. The soft taco I got today didn’t have cheese on it and was super soggy like water had been spilled on it. The bean burrito was made so badly! I know it’s cheap fast food but other Taco Bell’s aren’t this bad!! I can’t even take the survey on the back of the receipt because the info about the store is not included on my receipt!
