Thank You to the gentleman worker on 6/21 in early morning. You took your time to listen to my toddler granddaughter. She was really wanting to say Hi and show off her toys to you and you were just amazing. Also, I gotta mention we go here often and the food is fresh, tasty and so good. Andrew, who is apparently a manager is very incompetent. He was unable to give a simple answer as to why I cannot pickup my mobile order. One answer was “I cannot give the food unless you’re the driver” I said it’s my food I ordered it for pickup. Then he says “we’re out of tortilla” I asked for the food without the burritos. He said “the customer cancelled the order so I’m unable to do anything” then I said I am the customer and he started stuttering like a child. I am unable to get a refund on DoorDash, and he was refusing to give a refund because he cannot do that. I can tell he just smoked but even I can work out of my mind. Just wanted Taco Bell man.

This use to be a horrible Taco Bell but they’ve improved in the last two months, and surprisingly not afraid to open the lobby. The service has improved and hopefully it stays consistent. For the record, the food wasn’t for me, I Don’t eat at Taco Bell, PERIOD

Don’t eat here unless you’re starving. How the hell are the bread dry!!?? Crusty and dry! The guy at the drive through window looks like he just got out of a fight and has sores on his hands. Looks like he shouldn’t even be handling food!

I waited for my order of 6 taco Supreme, after paying $18, for over 8 minutes AT the window. My order was on the counter. The manager came over and asked me what my order was and handed me the first bag with 6, cold, soggy taco Supreme and a handful of buy 1, get 1 free coupons. NEVER going back to that store.
