This location is garbage. It used to be really good but they must have changed management or something. The people are rude, don’t know what they are doing and the quality is a joke. Also they have a terrible logistics manager who can’t keep basic items in stock.

I ordered ahead using the app in order to make sure my lunch hour wasn’t wasted. I showed up and got my order from the window, turned out I got someone else’s order. Steak from Taco Bell? No thanks. I just wanted a crunch wrap supreme .The meat was grey, got raccoon ankle chalupas instead. Thanks for the blood farts.

I wouldn’t give them 1 star if I didn’t have to. Nothing but kids working at around 8pm. They don’t care if you have an issue. The drive thru window was slammed in my face before I could ask for anything. No thank you nothing. Then I get home and I ordered a 7 piece bucket of chicken, I ended up with 4 and 3 nuggets. The ones they put in there KFC bowl. That they included as the 7 piece. This is my 3rd bad in counter with them so I won’t be going back. I called corporate office and was told they would get back with me but if course nothing.
