This my update on TACO BELL. They have made leaps and strides in the past year. I strongly suggest their phone app. Customizing your food is easy and perfect (whether to go or pick up). The food is far better than last year and the customer service has improved. Lets hope it stays this way.

It’s taco bell we’ve all been there and had that butnit gets 5 stars because they brought back my Mexican pizza and for that I’m happy and thankful. As per all lake havasu fast food they have a bunch of young kids constantly training so wait times aren’t always the best but that’s just part of living in this great town.

Bean & cheese Burrito was super cold. So I asked to have another one made nicely. Then I got another cold burrito. The beans weren’t hot at all and didn’t have time to run back in and have them make another one. I like Taco Bell but wish this location would do a better job at not serving food they wouldn’t eat.

These were floating in the drinks Waited 35 minutes in drive thru. Someone in front of me did have big order but they could of asked them to pull up front. Then they forgot to add several items to the burritos. We asked for no nacho cheese on several items and it was not done but once we saw what was in the drinks we lost our appetites anyways. They have went down hill the past year.
