This meal was awful! Not only were the ingredients scarce, but it was cold and obviously older because the end of the tortilla I had the break off (yah, break off, not tear ) however, I gave 3 stars because I have been here a few other times, especially late nights/early mornings and the food has been amazing! Most of the employees at this location should recognize me as a regular customer on Fridays. I came in on Friday, April 7 and badly needed the restroom code. The employee clearly saw who I was and told me to get in line and purchase food first. Management needs to make an adjustment to their policy for obvious regular customers and allow SOME discretion. The strictness of this policy is unexceptable.

Worst Taco Bell in Tucson maybe AZ. The lobby was disgusting (food and drink all over the floor and tables, trays not picked up) and the drink dispenser was equally as bad. No sauce or condiments at the condiments Bar. No one at the front counter to greet customers. After waiting several minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there the employee was extremely rude. She is the one who looks like she is eating all the margins this store is trying to make. This location is a disgrace to the TB name and I look forward to hearing back from the GM Eric about this horrendous experience.

Ordered inside order the box bundle the potatoes were soggy on all of my tacos and only have 5 to 4 potatoes per burritos so I ask them to remake it and seen the manager name Jesus take the taco and stuff more potatoes in a then I ask for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this location for anyone there were 3 mangers on duty too!

We purchased 2 party packs of tacos. The tacos were bad, the tacos had mostly lettuce than “meat.” We ended up paying over 50$ for our dissatisfaction. This will be the last time we will buy mediocre tacos “at best.”

Poor experience kitchen girl sized me up like if we were dating. I didn’t appreciate it at all. Failed to give me sauce or even napkins. Veronica and Arturo at Yum Brands need to terminate this employee before she runs everyone off. Worst Taco Bell in Tucson won’t be back. I suggest try Del Taco.
