Taco bell. 4 star because it is fast food with a lot of processed ingredients. However, it tastes as Taco Bell should.

I wish food was a bit hotter. Being that this is fast food I would think it should be warmer than warm. This particular restaurant needs a really deep cleaning in my opinion. It has actually been dirty (tables, counter by drink machine & sometimes the floor) all three times I have been in there in 5 months time. Ugh.

Drive through closed due to issues. I get that 100%. What I don’t get is why there were 6 people working and the lobby was filthy. We even asked for a wash cloth which I was give wipes. Then I told the girl expediting food. She walked up to the bussiest order taker and told him to clean the lobby. She then disappeared again. It’s sad this place is fully staffed and has people in place that cant give direction and are Unwilling to help each other to be successful.it would have taken less time for her or anyone hiding in the back to clean the lobby before hiding.would recommend again closing the lobby to retrain staff. The floors were not swept or mopped e ery table had something on it. The sad part is the locals have become used to it.

I love Taco belll! But this one not so much. They don’t know what no sour cream means! 1 out 5 times they get my order right. I always get a box, and it seems easy, right? NOPE! Also, I’ve noticed their portions are always small. Ex. Get a 5-layer here, it’s going to be 80% dry beans and half sour cream. Period. Go to Tucson or Sierra Vista, and you can’t even finish the box! I crave taco bell alot but not this one. If you can’t execute one thing right, why would you make this a two for one franchise? Always missing key menu items. Lastly, the only TB I know of that close at 9!? I would think with loves truck stop being across the street, you’d try to appeal to that market? Not a chance. That means they would actually have to care and make decent food! By closing at 9, your admitting this establishment isn’t even trying to be a real contender here in a town with a population of a measley 5,500!? You used to have a all you can eat kfc buffet! Now you can’t even get your soda machines correct or food for that mattter

Beth has the best customer service and a great person. We were traveling from TX – AZ. We stopped and had great food and it was wonderful to meet Ms Beth. Also the Mgr is a nice guy. Ask for her. Be good Beth.

Today I went through the drive thru at my local KFC/taco bell and I was appalled at the rudeness of the employee Izabell E. Apparently there was a misunderstanding about which individual meal I was ordering. Only difference was one side for a dollar. I went in thinking I was missing a side. The young man was nice and explained that it was rung up differently and that to buy the side it would be $3. I didn’t want to, but I went back in asking if I could do a refund and ring it up for the meal I was actually wanting and get the side. He wasn’t sure so he went to ask and the girl came up and said we don’t need to do the refund, that she’ll just ring up the side. I thought she’d ring it up for the $3 as I was told and I told her that is a big price difference. This is when she became very rude and replied that it would be for the difference. I explained that my first thought would be being rung up for the $3 side so she didn’t have to be a smart aleck. She jumped at me saying how rude I was being. My tone did not change until her rudeness shown. She needs to learn about real customer service and that there are ways to de-escalated situation whether you think the customer is right or wrong without being rude. Her childish attitude makes me not want to return to this restaurant. The young man was very nice and was trying to help.
