I’ve been to this location a few times, and the service has always been good. Food is well made, and even though they have those kiosks now one of the girls made sure to acknowledge me when I walked in. That kind of personal touch is why I like this location.

No nacho cheese late at night but all the food was still well lubricated. Most notably, the rice was perfect. Having worked at a taco bell late at night and seen how dry some products get, I’m really impressed with the freshness I received. Thank you guys, keep up the great work! My husband and I normally don’t go to Taco Bell, but we said they might be better since this one was just opened this year. Needless to say, we will not be patronizing them anymore. We ordered 6 tacos and they basically sold us 6 shells. I wish we would’ve eaten there so I could’ve took it all back and got my money back. Quality is definitely not a part of their core values.

It took 2 hours to get our food from here and we never got all of it. Put in a pick up order and realized we were missing 6 items. Drove all the way back just so they could forget 3 items again. The lobby was closed and the drive thru was backed up out of the parking lot with less than 10 minutes to close, so we gave up and went home. Couldn’t even speak with the manager about it because she didn’t speak English. The $0.40 sauces barely covered the bottom of the cup and neither did the nacho cheese for the chips. They robbed us of a lot of time and money once you add up the cost of all the missing and shorted items and of course the gas it took.

This order was so gross that I feel it is my responsibility to warn others. This time our food was stone cold, last time they screwed up our order. Based on the other bad reviews, I wonder why no action has been taken to improve this place. The prices keep increasing and the food and service keeps getting worse.

If you ordered Uber eats or DoorDash, they completely order your sauce packet part of the order. It’s ridiculous. It doesn’t matter what service you order through, they ignored 100% of the time.
