After a day at Huricane Harbor water park…I and two granddaughters stopped I had lost my credit card at water park…our bill was 34$ I had thirty cash and was putting 4.09 $ on debit because of reporting the credit card my debit card was declined…a young lady possibly manager..came over put her phone on thingy-majigy and paid for me…..how sweet! Thank you Taco Bell and your caring employees!

Went for the breakfast box per usual. The crunch wrap was overly saucy and the cheese inside wasn’t even melted, it was just clumped in there, it just wasn’t good. I never go to this location but I happened to be in the area and decided to stop. I didn’t finish it

This location never gets the order right. They either make it sloppy, skimp on ingredients, or forget items completely. They give no receipts so you can’t report them or prove them wrong. When I politely asked about a missing item I was charged at by an aggressive female manager. I was spoken to as if I had picked a bar fight with her, or like I murdered her family. I’m not expecting Disney customer service, but I don’t ask for much. You don’t have to love your job and be enthusiastic to at least get three items right… I understand she’s stuck being a Taco Bell manager, but maybe that’s karma. An unhinged leader is probably why the employees get away with low quality product. No wonder KFC divorced this location.

First of all, I didn’t get a receipt, secondly I frequent many Taco Bell’s and by far, this is the most consistent, inconsistent one that I’ve visited. I ordered like I always order, 2 spicy tostadas no chipotle and no cheese, extra red sauce, add onion and this is what i get..smh. So I pull bck in line and head to the window and explain to the 1st gal that I wasn’t going to be eating these, and I would like a refund. A few moments later a young gal comes and says, “hey! actually we are not allowed to give out refunds we offer a store credit” and I said, “OK I’m not allowed to move my car until I speak to a manager, I do not need a store credit I will not be coming back, thank you”.

The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the lady working the drive-thru window with so nice. My taco sucked. I’ll bet they have a great food cost at that location. The taco shell was so old. It was rubbery. I could bend it. NO CRUNCH THERE.(I ordered a crunchy taco and at least it was a corn tortilla .) I could barely see the meat or lettuce. And maybe 8 or 9 single shreds of cheese. I definitely do not recommend this taco bell

Seem like decent kids work there I guess? But they couldn’t get an order right on multiple occasions. Even during follow-ups when they were told an order was wrong and were requested the correct items, the correct items didn’t get brought out. Like others have also mentioned, no receipt or napkins. Better managers and in turn better training would go a long way. Probably shouldn’t be eating at Taco Bell anyways but thanks for the reassurance.
