This place has had challenges off and on. In the years I’ve been going there, I don’t frequently there much anymore. Can’t tell if it’s employees with their bad attitudes or poor leadership in teaching their employees. What customer service is about? Either way it needs to get better!!

I’m inside the taco bell right now. Eating a crunchedwrap Supreme with Black Beans. There is no black beans. I took a bite and there was a black smear or a thin line smaller than a finger nail or a price a paper. When I realized I asked if they could remake it with a bit more beans. Politely. The young lady was nice and asked and the manager started getting aggressive and saying HE HAS TO PAY FOR IT! I’m not looking for double beans just a decent amount. They told me a half of scoop of beans is what I get. Than proceeded to charge me an additional $1.59 for the extra scoop. They ended up making it since the computer was showing a higher price than I was quoted. Once I reiceved my food. Same amount of beans. Please, for over $6 I expect to be able to at least see my food. Sorry for anyone who thinks that unreasonable.

It is Taco Bell, if you need a review then you probably want something else. But this location consistently gets our orders correct, the staff is surprisingly pleasant, and food is predictable. They have since remodeled since this picture and no longer have the Long John Silvers, which is for the better.

This team was horrible. They are not well kept in terms of appearance, they were not quick with food, did not have knowledge of the ingredients of the food items, and were horrible at service recovery. When I complained that my burrito was not made correctly, the staff member told me it was made that way because it was in the $2 menu. In fact, the wrong ingredients were in the burrito. Also they had ten staff people and still could not get their act together.

Like a week ago i got a crunch wrap because i wanted a breakfast wrap but it was like 45 min too late for that, and it just sucked, almost no meat in it. Lady at the register was a little condescending too. Place was kinda dirty for 11:30am. The only thing there that was worth it was the baja blast.

I just recently ordered delivery for this location and they forgot a drink, made our customized items due to allergies wrong, and forgot to include hot sauce packets for an order for 5 people.
