They gave me old food I could tell because the tortilla and taco shells were stale and falling apart I paid money and they didn’t deliver what’s expected from them, if anything I should get a refund since I’ve had Taco Bell many times and never experienced this maybe manage your employees better and make sure old food isn’t sold to paying customers!!

Taco Bell has not been the same for over 20 years. Their beans used to be so much better (pressure cooked instead of reconstituted) and their cheese is definitely not the same (dry and tasteless). However, this location put together a good burrito and taco and they were not chintzy on the sour cream like so many others are. So, it is what it is, and in comparison to other locations under the same franchise umbrella, this one gets a five in my book.

Went to the drive thru, got home and more than half the order was wrong. Went back to be spoken to rudely by the drive thru boy. I asked for the manager. He went to the back and came back and said he manager was busy. I asked for my money back and it took 10 minutes for the manager to come and another 10 minutes for the refund.

Submitted an app order as I pulled into the drive-thru only to be told they weren’t open because the system was down. (Blocking the lane with a cone would have clued me in.) This is the second time I’ve tried to order here and something went wrong.

I went through the drive thru at 11:30pm and the guy on the drive thru was just so ghetto and rude and to top it all off they messed up my order! I asked for no lettuce and tomato’s and guess what they put them on my tacos. When I tried to call they didn’t answer. I was very disappointed I do NOT recommend

Sept 2021 update: Haven’t seen the nice drive thru guy, kinda seems like it’s all new staff. Tried the new chicken tacowich, it’s pretty good but is not reminiscent of Mexican food & tasted like BBQ to me. Still yum, nonetheless. Service was decent but the lady wasn’t as nice as previous staff. Also,, requested a handful of mild sauce & got none. Glad I have a stash!! PREV REVIEW 2019: Drive thru guy is so on point & really nice, he as a customer service rep gets 5 stars… I dont care to go in usually ’cause it smells funny inside, like a super dirty grease trap & theres often transients hanging out which just makes it uncomfortable. As for the food, I mean, its Taco Bell so its usually an Im starving situation & since I dont eat meat, its an easy solution. It could definitely be better quality of course. This particular location does well in getting orders correct which is nice.

To keep this short and honest, you get two stars and that’s only cause my bowl looked good except the black beans look old. I asked the guy if they have nachos the ones with beans and red sauce and he said no.you can hear a lady in the back yell no we don’t in the background. Then I said do you still have the triple layer nachos he said no and her in the background yelling we only have chips and cheese oh my god. I mean if she wanted to tell she should have put the head set on and took my order not yell and make me feel dumb cause I asked two questions…the kid that took my order as well looked annoyed and not cause of me, cause the lady who keep yelling. It’s not a good feeling to have to work trying to answer customers when you have a loud manager screaming in the background…also my CHIPS AND CHEESE WE’RE VERY GOOD

Everybody double check your orders before you leave….a good chunk of my order was missing ….even when asked to double check the order…I won’t trust them or go here anymore Called the store told me I could report the missing items in mobile app and get a refund but come to find out mobile orders just have you do a SURVEY for your experience nothing more so better deal with it ASAP or you don’t get what you paid for

I ordered a bean burrito with no onions or cheese and to please add lettuce. You are charged extra even though I removed 2 ingredients. Look at the picture it has cheese and very little lettuce. I did this on my lunch break so I did not have time to take it back. I also asked for medium sauce which they forgot to put in. I’m Vegan so my coworker enjoyed it.
