While I had to wait for quite a while for my food, I am giving 5 stars because the staff legitimately took time to clean the bathroom! It was cleaned with soap and actually wiped down! I was impressed with how clean this restaurant was!! My food was as expected from Taco Bell — which is what I was craving! The items were filled with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Nice and friendly staff. A long wait of close to 15 minutes, but I was not in a hurry.

This Taco Bell is in a great location and clean interior. The drive-thru lines tend to be longer especially during peak hours. The food quality is good but it could definitely be better. This location often runs out of many items, especially the very popular ones. With complete honesty, I personally do not believe that you are getting what you pay for. Some items are quite rather overpriced and really worth buying. Staff are pretty friendly and tend to your needs well. This is a good fast-food restaurant that is in a good location but lacks in there food quality.

Even though the place was an absolute mess, and the drive-through took 25 minutes to get through, the young lady taking orders and serving the food at the window was very calm and polite. She made the wait not so bad. Hopefully, she is a manager. If not, she should be. Great demeanor!

Drove up around midnight last Friday hungry and ready to eat after a long day at work. I was greeted by an upset employee (male/tall/dark hair). Reason he was upset was because I was ordering food an hour before close. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Visited this Taco Bell and I was greeted by employee Sue right away. Sue consistently welcomed customers entering Taco Bell. Although, she has difficulty with entering the orders correctly, she represented Taco Bell well and had great rapport with customers. “Have a wonderful day!” and “Take your time,” she’d tell customers. As for the food, my order was made correctly. The restaurant was also clean. Table tops were wiped down and clean.

They rely too much on automated screens in their lobby. Took me(what should have been a simple in and out) about 5 minutes before I finally had to yell to get someone’s attention for a drink that they neglected to make(understandable since it was a freeze) but also didn’t acknowledge me standing there when someone was refilling their taco station going back and forth several times. I get people have off days but either hire more employees to cover front counter or make who IS working there more attentive to the front
