We went here a few nights ago to pick up my mobile order, the staff are very rude especially one named Adalena, another one was on her phone while taking orders at the window. I suggest management have a talk with their employees, if they are having a bad day, they should not even come to work. I will never come back to this Taco Bell, I’d rather go to the one on Pinal, at least they are nice and are respectful to their customers.

I think someone made my Mexican pizza while blindfolded, didn’t even bother to cut it. Obviously they didn’t spread anything on top or the inside, I’ve been eating these things since I was a kid when they used to put green onions and olives on them. This is not how it’s made

Ehhh it’s a hit or miss here. Decent service with decent costumer service. Lacking proper training and procedure protocols. They have too many rude, inexperienced and lazy. Food tasted good but learn to role a burrito.

I have visited this establishment multiple times and I was blown away of the attitude of the staff today The way they work together and the politeness to give each customer that walk through that door today The best service I’ve seen ever at this location The people working today deserve so much credit for the cleanliness the politeness and the great service they provided to their customers and the one hour I sat there today just visit started at 4:30 Left establishment at 5:17 as a manager for a company myself for me to sit there and watch each and everyone work as a team today was phenomenal

We were here for 20 minutes waiting for our small order of food employers were in the back laughing about something and making smart remarks about customer orders upon getting our food everything was wrong in the orders witch is a little frustrating reason I’m doing 2 stars is because the manager on shift was great at handleing the issue and remade our food for us quickly so I appreciate that
