I come to this Taco Bell merely once a week sometimes 2 this place is disgusting the attitude of the staff and employees is by far some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve talked with the shift manager and supervisor and it’s always the same story we’re too busy in a visit they want to attempt to push you to use their kiosk that 10-15 people will touch and in between not a single employee has sanitized absolutely disgusting. This establishment should be shut down due to health concerns alone

The worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. They screwed up every single part of our order. They can’t get anything right! The employees have a bratty attitude similar to a 4 year old child. The facility was VERY dirty. Would never ever recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The worker working the window was horrible. She was not nice whatsoever. My food not only tasted/felt like it was cooked yesterday and served today 12/4 but there was old lettuce in it.

Went here with my Dad. We walked in and there was an older couple waiting to order at the counter. I noticed they had those big tablets to order on, so I started to look at when when the woman asked me if they were supposed to order on there. I told her I had no idea as it was my first time at this location. I was offering to help her use it to place her order when an employee walked in, I think it was a manger, and she told us. ” Oh, you’re supposed to order on that,” pointing to the tablets. “We don’t take orders up here.” This poor couple had been waiting for a long time for some help and the employee didn’t even offer to help them she just walked away. I offered again to help the older couple when the woman told me that she didn’t have time because she had to get to a doctor’s appointment.

The food was good and acceptable as far as Taco Bell standards go, the soda area was messy and not cleaned up and apparently a lot are out but they don’t have signs saying so. When I told them that they had regular mountain dew coming out of diet mountain dew and diet mountain dew coming out of the regular mountain dew they said, “oh no we are out of diet mountain dew so that can’t be right.” I told them, ” well, you have regular mountain dew coming out of the diet mountain dew.” They replied, “(under their breath) that can’t be (then turned to me) thanks for letting us know.”

Went inside to order and they won’t take your order. You have to order from their 2 kiosks. Takes forever when people in front of you are slow. I ordered to go. Got to my car and I didn’t have the 14 packets of mild sauce I asked for, and also no napkins. As a whole, not acceptable service.

Somehow they ran out of beef? The management here needs work, my last time I was here they said they were out of black beans and jalapeños. Seems they’re always out of something? Drive up the street to the location on telegraph and save yourself the time. Not to mention how slow everything moves.
