Came through the drive through a little after midnight and was pleasantly surprised at how kind the drive through worker was from ordering and up to the window he was very kind made us feel like they wanted our business. As well the food was all hot and you could tell it was freshly made. All in all a fantastic late night spot, will definitely be coming back !

The past two times I went to Taco Bell craving the ground beef. I typically order the supreme and I got it this time and there were literally just crumbs of ground beef across the bottom. It was only sour cream and lettuce. It was absolutely disgusting and I vowed never to go back. I was craving it again today so I decided maybe I’ll try something different and I had a burrito because that look like it had more meat in it. To my distain, after they forgot a lot of my items, I took a bite into the burrito and realized it was all refried beans, and about a teaspoon of meat at the very bottom of the wrap. When you have a craving for some thing, that should be a certain way , it is extremely frustrating to leave the drive through and bite into it and taste once again that it has no meat. This is the second time in a row, so I definitely will not be going back. They should just raise their prices. Not putting any meat at all in something is going to lose tons of customers fast.

I ordered Friday during breakfast hours and because I showed up after they stopped doing breakfast, I was told they’re not giving me my order and if I wanted a refund, then I had to go out of my way an hour later, to talk to the manager. I’ve had to email customer service several times, sat on customer service for half an hour, before trying to call the store itself, trying to get my refund for the whole “sorry, not doing it” fiasco, finally having to resort to disputing the charge through my bank. Not happy with my visit and with how bad taco bell as a whole handles situations where an issue makes a customer feel like they don’t matter. There’s going to need to be a lot of changes before I come back, both corporate and stores and I suggest anyone reading this, do the same, to avoid the hassle, whenever you have an issue.

I love myself some good Taco Bell. I wish that Nacho Fries were permanent and I get sad when I see they aren’t there. My order got a little messed up here, and when I explained the mistake there was a little bit of a language barrier so I gave up and just took my food.

I had done an online order with Uber eats I had gotten a beefy five layer burrito no sour cream add steak which cost me $.97 and a soft taco when it was delivered. My burrito had sour cream on it and my taco was cold. I called Taco Bell and let them know that they had messed up my order and my taco was cold and there was sour cream on my burrito which I pacifically had asked for no sour cream. She told me that I can come back and get a replacement when I had got there to get the replacement, they looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about. Told them that it was a five layer burrito with steak added and no sour cream and my taco was cold. Well they gave me the burrito and this time my burrito was missing the steak now that I’m trying to call them they’re not answering their phone like you guys can’t read the screen that says no sour cream at stake but yet you messed up my order and you act like I am in the wrong I paid for it I was at work Needed food. I don’t like sour cream and my taco is cold.

It’s taco bell. Like most major fast food chains, service can be great or terrible or in between. Food is getting more expensive while quality is being lowered.

This is all you get if you order a side of sour cream . I even asked for more and they said that’s all they give. Not worth the price!

I can understand they are trying to up their sales but it is very annoying to constantly ask after each item ordered if I want this or that. Specially when I’m already saying I want no onions or something, of course I wouldn’t want it any different than I’m telling you. And then the prices have gone up big-time what the heck’s going on with Taco Bell.???

Today was by far my worst experience with this location. I know it’s Sunday and things are generally slow so employees are apt to take prolonged smoke breaks outside. That’s fine. What’s not fine is going back into the restraunt, cigarette in hand while handing food through the drive thru! That’s one of the most glaring health violations I have ever seen! We all know taco bell isn’t known for their high quality food (it’s fast food, what do you expect?) But you would expect some level of decency. Their breakfast hash browns smell like the oil they’re cooked in hasn’t been changed in I don’t know how long. Even when placing a mobile order you will still have things missing, and when you ask for the items you paid for you get nothing but bad attitude back.

Good, bean burrito with no cheese! I say it’s time you bring back the “5 Layer Vegan Burrito”! You never had it on the menu but you should put it on there.
