I’m a big taco bell fan so it hurts to give this 2 stars. I had never been to this particular Taco bell before. Upon walking in I waited about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Then as I going to walk out I caught on to the 2 tablets behind me. So I guess this location doesn’t take your order at the counter? It’s tablet orders only I guess? I could understand this type of service during the pandemic but it the experience felt very dystopian. Maybe have somebody come up front to let customers know that you have to order only on the tablets…Or a sign? Because my whole life I’ve been ordering with an actual person. Anyway, I had my mother with me at the time and she was just getting frustrated because she’s not a computer person. So after taking another 10 minutes to sort all that. We got our food. Which tasted like it had been out for a while, we ordered bean burritos with no onions…even with ordering on a tablet, they still put them in our burritos. *Frustrated* Overall It took a lot longer than it needed to get our lunch, the location felt empty and soulless without any staff around, all the tables were dirty and they still got the order wrong. Why don’t they put safety seals or put the drinks in bags? Beware delivery drivers will drink from your drink! They also never ever put sauces even after requesting it.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been! They gave me a #6 when I ordered a #8 at the drive through. I payed 12.00 bucks for 3 tacos with EXTRA MEAT and got just regular meat and he argued with me!! See pic!!

The drive thru was packed. I needed to use the restroom anyway, my granddaughter went it to order a drink. Nobody helped her the entire time I was in the bathroom. I came out of the br, and still she wasn’t acknowledged. No one was in the restaurant. A guy Finally came up front, apologized, and gave us the drink for free. Paid with her time.

I absolutely love nacho fries and I was thrilled for them to be back on the menu, only to be thoroughly disappointed with the nacho fries I was given. No joke gave me like 12 French fries and they were cold when I got them, c’mon man. I do still love nacho bell in general but I was very disappointed with my experience at this location concerning the nacho fries. Everything else I ordered tasted fine and was actually warm.

Man, I usually love Taco Bell. But the service at this location is terrible. Paid extra for jalapeños on my burrito and sour cream on tacos. Waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru, and they still screwed up my simple order. There was zero sour cream and the jalapeños weren’t in the burrito. My tacos were half-crushed and sopping wet from jalapeños and juice.

We went to the Logan Utah Taco Bell. It was after hours and we had a trailer that would not fit in the drive thru. Summer, one of the employees came outside and took our order. In an emergency even let a 2 year old use the bathroom. 5 start food and service!

I ordered a Deluxe cravings box with a Pepsi, I told them at the window the Pepsi was running out of syrup, once they understood what I was telling them, becausethey didn’t understand “pepsi syrup”, rather than checking it, they tried some from the fountain, then handed me another cup of the same yuck. I get back to my house to discover the nacho fries were the grossest I’ve ever had, like rubber! Then I open up the chalupa and it’s SOGGY and nasty! I dumped my soda and only ate the taco and burrito, I threw rest away. I will not be returning, the fast food convenience is not worth the price when half of your food is inedible! This was the final straw. Do better TacoHell! It’s not letting me put up the picture of the soggy chalupa…

It’s a Taco Bell, go to an expensive restaurant if you want a premium experience. I went inside to eat and the employees were super friendly and nice to me. A few other customers came in to order while I was eating and none were that kind to the employees working there. Reading one star reviews of “lazy/rude” workers really makes me wonder how well those reviewers treat restaurant staff.
