I pick up deliveries at so many different places, but I always want to give a shout out to people who are being kind and going above and beyond. And when you go to the same places repeatedly you really start to recognize the people that are doing that. Shalimar the GM is so lovely every time I come through whether it’s for myself or someone else. I can tell it’s her when I come through the drive through instantly by the way she speaks to people and how kind and warm she is. I’ve noticed a big difference since her presence there and I wanted somebody to acknowledge her and let her know how appreciated she really is. It makes such a huge difference in this day and age when people are so distant and cold to want another, to really see kindness and somebody who is showing compassion and warmth. So please whoever shalimar’s boss is, I hope you see this and I hope you give her a big shout out because she deserves it. I’m doing this voice to text so I hope everything came true right

If you want to poorly made random orders shoved into a bag, this is the place for you. It’s rare they get orders right and I am done going here. I called to see if they could correct the order and the manager was not nice. She said “what do you expect me to do about it?”. I don’t know, manage a fast food place.

Usually like/love the food, but noted Taco Bell has significantly shrunk serving sizes while also continuing to raise prices. Not good. Not happy with sky high prices, but even less happy with new sizes they are not telling us about. I thought the new soft shell taco had to be a mistake. Nope, it is that small.

You guys should close down this location if you’re going to just ignore the people who come in. You don’t prioritize anything it’s absolutely rude. You say only drive through but when people come in for questions or need help or pick something up they put in an order online, you just ignore them and literally will ignore them for 10 or 15 minutes until they finally wave one of you down. You hide in the back and you hide and drive through and you completely ignore people. It’s disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves. It’s not necessarily all the workers fault either, if you can’t staff or if you can’t do what you need to do to give good service then this location just probably needs to shut down. Bad Staffing equals people quitting because they’re overworked, but then you continue having bad Staffing and no Staffing or low staffing. Shut her down until you can get a full place of employees.

Half the food was cold, they messed up part of our order, we were missing an item and there was a very long hair in one of the burritos. Also they were somehow out of every hot sauce except Diablo. Only giving two stars because they offered to remake the meal for us tonight or at a later date.

The mobile app accepts orders for in-store pickup but then you are directed to the drive thru to pick up. What’s the point of ordering in the app if I still have to wait in the 20+ minute drive thru? It has been this way for years it seems. Will not be back.

Kudos to the 5 pm shift at this Taco Bell. Seems I haven’t had any fast food the even closely resembled the photos for a long time, let alone exceed them. Had a couple tostadas and a taco, and look at the pics to see for yourself. They were pretty busy in the drive thru so took a few minutes, but their attention to detail is commendable. Hope management notices.
