The worst ran Taco Bell I have ever been to. We were missing one whole meal and a chulupa in the deluxe nacho fry box. I went back to get these items and they only gave the chulupa initially. I had to ask several times until I received the rest of my order. There were exactly 3 employees working there. The manager was no where to be seen. They had the grill working front counter and drive through, which is pretty inefficient and I didn’t see them changing gloves in between translations. No apology was offered for any of this. We ordered two deluxe nacho fry boxes and I would say part of the problem with missing food items is that they just through all the items in the bag. Most other taco bells put them in an actual box which makes it easier to know if you have everything you ordered.

I can respect and understand running a store with a small crew, but this was unacceptable. No one greeted us when we came in and after several minutes of just standing at the register, the employee asked us to “just order from the kiosk since we have a lot of orders”. We did so and honestly I wasn’t upset that he asked us to do so. The problem lies where an older couple who had obviously been sitting in the store for several minutes before we even came in not getting their order until after us AND they had to ask about it several times. I’ve been in food service and I know that items get bumped off the screen. But there was no problem solving, offering to make up for their wait, or even simple condolences from the crew. On top of that we waited for our food for 30 plus minutes while the drive thru line flew by. There was no balance to inside and outside orders. Overall a bad experience and a waste of time.

Went through the drive though, was asked to pull around and wait in the parking lot which is the first time in 30 years of TB. Was in the parking lot with one other car because “they were busy”. Huh? It was empty!! Got two almost empty taco supremes and a Mexican Pizza that looks odd. Think it’s missing almost all of its cheese. Lol. Welcome to Culver’s pull around and wait. Oh well. There’s a different one close by.

100% trash location. Rude staff. Said food would be ready in 20-25 minutes, then got aggressive when I said they should warn people before they get into the drive thru line. Clearly, TB draws from the bottom of the employee barrel.
