Night crew is the actual good crew! Not melted cheese come on!? No wonder Wendy’s is doing waaaay better. Want to pay for horrible quality this is the taco bell to go to! Super old potatoes are definitely on the menu! Been told by previous employees that I need to order from the app from the online exclusives menu to get the box. LIES! They will still place your chips and get mixed with the cinnamon twists. I might as well ask to get spit on as I drive away that’s all they are missing. HORRIBLE QUALITY!!!!!!!

This location was actually open at 8:30am. Doors say 7am. Other nearby locations are lying about their hours, so good on ya. Breakfast burrito was tasty. Decent size, nicely arranged inside rather than being lopsided on its ingredient spread. The only bothers were ordering a water and getting no ice and finding cinnamon/sugar all over the wrappers, but that’s easily rectified and very low on any list of concerns. Keep up the good work morning crew. Opinion: if you toss some shredded cheese in those burritos your customers will adore you. One location in SW Denver did that. Was amazing.

I’ve been here 3 times and they’ve given my drink here only 2 times. The first time I bought a drink on the electronic kiosk during happy hour. It went through and I checked but they didn’t give it to me until I asked for it. The second time I ordered from the kiosk again but they said it didn’t go through and I had to order again. So I paid a dollar and went on with my day. The third time I ordered at the cashier. They made me pay but didn’t ever give me a drink because when I went back up to get it nobody came to the cash register. Then today I bought it on the kiosk but apparently it “never went through” even though I have zero dollars in my account after I bought it they made me repay for it. Overall, my other experiences and my friends have been terrible going here.

1st let me say that I love that the enchirito is back for a limited time! BUT, it would be amazing if this Taco Bell could get its stuff together. We Ordered 4 enchiritos with extra sauce and extra cheese, which I am happy to pay for, but not when they are literally thrown together resembling a sloppy a$$ mess! Also, why add green sauce to these when all we asked for was extra “red” sauce?! Made them taste awful!!!! Doubt we’ll visit this Taco Bell any time soon. I get it, staffing with teenagers is next to impossible, but management should get involved here…….

I went to the one on 120th and waited in line for 20 minutes. I stopped going to this Taco Bell because the line is always so long and most of the time they are out of everything. Anyway finally I can order and I order two items, after each item the kid says anything else I said yes this is going to be a big order. I order two more items and again after each item anything else, anything else, I said yes this will be a big order. He laughs and says you don’t need to repeat yourself I heard you the first time you said it was gonna be a big order. I said I’m sorry what? He said you don’t need to say it again and again I don’t care it’s a big order, I said how about we just cancel this order and he says no come on I said no it’s ok, he says why? I said because you could’ve just taken the order I didn’t need all the extra Input and multiple times laughing at me. So I drove to the one on 136th that for some reason I always forget about. Way nicer, never a line. The girl that took my order was young but took my order without repeating the same thing over and over and making me feel rushed. The reason for this review tho is for the awesome young kid when I pulled up to the window, he was so upbeat and nice and extra caring. He made sure to put extra stuff he thought I might need like forks, sauce etc.. we need more kids like this because that last one is not what I want to deal with after I just worked 60hrs. So thank you to the young man Working the drive through that ended my work week on a good note.

This location has the option to order online, order in store at the kiosk, or order in store at the counter. Ordering at the kiosk was easy and allowed us to customize the order to easily make things vegan and vegetarian and substitute ingredients. The food was ready very quickly and the order was accurate, and the staff was friendly, despite the store being busy. This is a good taco bell location.

This particular Taco Bell is one of the best taco Bell’s I have ever been to. They consistently make a two dollar burrito taste like a $12 burrito and whoever is working on Sunday nights they should know it and they should be given promotions. Really, really good guys keep it up! If I could’ve tipped I would.
