asked for nachos with the chips on the side which we’ve gotten multiple times & multiple taco bell’s & some worker lady comes up saying “we weight out how much is put on nachos” , has to be a joke. this looks like someone’s leftovers actually. They give us nacho fries half gone and freezing cold, what’s the excuse for that one? Went through the drive thru to get two black bean grilled cheese burritos. They ended up being made with beef. Went through again to get remakes, got THREE random burritos not the ones i ordered. I don’t know how you fix this. I wasn’t going to go for a third time and even try again here. So annoying.

Alex is the worst manager ever. He is VERY unprofessional when is comes to the work place. He does not know how to run a restaurant and needs to be fired. Clearly you can tell he doesn’t do his job because the bathrooms are filled with mold and trash and my order is never right anytime I go there. They also take forever and were messing around in the kitchen when I was waiting for my order. And I asked him to fix my order or give me a refund and he was extremely disrespectful and would not do it. So I will be reaching out to corporate to make sure something is done about this Alex. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Also Garrett is a terrible worker as well. Very unprofessional and rude

Anytime I come here the hard shell tacos are soggy. It’s super gross and I this last night is my last night. U can tell they leave the food to sit out and ur eating taco soup. My dogs won’t even eat it that’s how gross the hard shell tacos are

Compared to most other taco bells, this one is a michelin star restaurant. this location has always gone above and beyond my expectations for tacobell. the staff is always happy and creating a great vibe unlike other tacos bells that have staff who seem miserable. This place has gotten my order wrong once through the drive thru, i went inside and they did not hesitate to help make it right. they were apologetic and sincere (probably not really but even being able to fake it is amazing to see in this industry). as ive said before, this is the best taco bell in northern colorado.
