Every time I go to this Taco Bell location my order is wrong! I ordered 6 crunchy taco Supremes and got 6 soggy, regular tacos! I was asked to pull around to the front so they could make my order. I literally live two minutes away and when I got home my tacos were soggy and cold! I asked for hot sauce and didn’t get not one packet of sauce! And no napkins either! I like the convenience of the close proximity of this taco bell to where I live but I’m done! Horrible experience!!!

Been a customer of this Taco Bell/KFC for years, despite the inconsistencies with food, speed and service. As of late the building has a new general manager. He is friendly, puts so much work in and is trying to turn things around. Thank you. The other day I met Rico in the drive thru. His charismatic attitude is so needed. Thank you for all the smiles. Hoping they continue to grow at this location. I know it hasn’t been easy!

Took a while for the 3 cars in front of me to place and get their order. Finally I ordered a taco party pack half soft half hard shell. All supreme, a blue slushie and a bean burrito. The cashier dropped the slushie on the counter after filling it put the lid on and tried to hand it to my husband. My husband handed it back and said “can you fill it?” Since about a third was missing. Then we were told to move forward and park out front. We waited 26 minutes to get our food. I checked to make sure we had everything but I should have opened a taco cause there was no tomatoes on any of them. Another customer also waited the same amount of time to get his correct order, cause he was given someone else’s order. An employee pulled in and asked us what we were waiting for, we told him and 2 minutes later he walked out with both ours and the other customers order.

There was a super kind taller man with glasses working today. His customer service is the best I’ve had in a long time. My son loves tacos so we come to Taco Bell often, just not this location. This is my go to location typically because I live nearby, but I don’t know if it’s the time of day that I come in but it just really seems like no one cares. Orders are misheard more often than not, tacos usually come broken or wet for some reason and there is a general attitude of “we’re not happy you stopped by”.
