Well this store is a barren & unexciting place. Even during lunch the area remains to be very empty and the cashiers basically abandon their post to a point I had to wait 10 minutes for a burrito.

ordered 2 different types of burritos. Both with beef. The portion size was unbelievably small. There was more beef in my soft taco. I frequent taco bell a lot and honestly this is my first issue, however very disappointing

I ordered a chicken pot pie large Mac n cheese the Mexican pizza meal and a steak quesadilla no sauce. They never gave me the steak quesadilla when I got home I seen it wasn’t there so I called twice with no answer and they don’t give out receipts so I guess I’m out the $8 for the quesadilla. I come at least once a week but this is the first time they actually left out an item

Probably the cleanest kfc/Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. Every time I come in here the ones that aren’t busy making food are cleaning.

If this place hasn’t gave someone food poisoning I would be surprised. I stopped by there at 5:53 mothers day. The food looked like a 2 year old made it. 2 out of the 9 items received looked like they had been properly made. Minus all the chalupa breads not seeming to be cooked at all just pulled from the fridge and served. Then when I called the manager on duty hung up on me after telling him my issue.

Went on 6/3/22 around 615pm. My chicken quesadilla has no chicken or sauce. The order missed an item. We were never asked for sauce and scoffed at when we requested some. Pretty sad.

Consistently they short ingredients and produce the lowest quality TB product I have ever seen. It took me five years of saying “WTF” to write this review. Go to the Taco Bell in Golden, they actually push out legit fast food.

I agree with the person that said they forget the sauces often. I have been trying to give them benefit of the doubt, but the last time we got cinnamon twists they were either old to the point of being a jawbreaker or they burned them somehow? I’m not sure which. You can only partially see their demolished excuse of a sign(it’s being held up by wood and bungee cords and has been this way since I visited last month). They don’t even care enough to sweep the snow off after its done precipitating.

Restaurant is okay food is good staff seems to be polite until there’s a problem can’t go through the drive-through because they don’t complete your order all I was there it seemed as if there were a lot of people standing around yet somebody came in it was in the Drive-Thru at told to wake wanted to know where their chicken tenders were and they were told to pull up and wait after 30 minutes or so they came in staff said they gave the food to another customer this talk about also has KFC

Poor service obviously they care not would not eat here ordered mex pizza Baja blaste got up to window after 25 minutes handed my Baja blast sat there for another 15 minutes they came to the window so what do you need I said my Mexican pizza oh we don’t have those so I waited almost an hour because I love Taco Bell but this Taco Bell horrible place to do not eat there do not service there until they get stuff turned around sorry to have to say that but Taco Bell you need it makeover
