It was a pleasant experience. I came in around 8pm. I ordered my food with the kiosk paid cash. My order was fresh, fast and accurate. The service rep. Greeted me and was nice great experience no complaints.

Went to get my partner and my little brother the grilled cheese burrito boxes because he just kept begging. March 23rd 7:15pm, Food was poorly made, Don’t even keep track of the order. Missed his drink so I asked and they didn’t ask what size and then I got the wrong size. I saw the line so I kept going. I used to work in this industry 2 years ago, Literally next door. This is just disappointing, Hopefully the employees shape up because work is work. I’m sorry for the low stars but I didn’t get myself anything but I got people who wanted this establishment just to give them this. I trust the managers.

I went to this location 2days ago (yes I’m posting this now cuz I have a chaotic life 🙂 ) and on the receipt it says Maria helped me but anyways my total was 24.11 but when I got to the window it was $25 when I got home & looked at my receipt it shows she rounded up I’m assuming for a donation but the fact she didn’t even ask is ridiculous!! Not only did she have a $#¡+ @$$ attitude the whole time but to round up without even asking!! Idk if she gets anything off it but come on! & before ppl start judging me about change I wouldn’t of minded if her attitude didn’t seem like she hated her job! I live down the street from this location but I will avoid this location.

Chicken chalupa was good also had the strawberry lemonade but it was so sweet I couldn’t finish it. Also the cashier didn’t tell me when I order the lemonade that strawberry was the only option available, no regular lemonade. Nice clean place

When we walked in the foyer smelled like sewer. (Probably should’ve just left) dining room was filthy found one clean table. They were not busy no reason why lobby looked the way it did. Not visiting this one again

I love coming to this Taco Bell as opposed to the one on Sheridan. They’re always so fast and friendly there not to mention they made these nachos look bodacious. Sexy nachos. Matter a fact everytime I get something from here they do a good job. They even make a cheesy roll up look beautiful. Keep up the good work everyone.

When to the drive thru was given the wrong order. I did not not check my order till I was back at work did not have time to go back. I then tried 15 or more times calling and never had the phone answered. Went back to store after I got off work they did replace my order but the staff was very dismissive and the manager was not very professional in street clothing not a toco bell uniform.

Poor people skills & won’t accommodate to your needs. You’ll get yelled at from some chick saying they don’t have what you want & won’t make anymore of anything if they don’t have it made in the first place. It’s a joke here. Plus their drive-through is always closed before 12 even though they state that they’re open until 1:30 in the morning for drive through, they still won’t answer even if you show up to the drive-through and most of the time they are closed & by then they are gone and the lights are off. Their food is literally half of what you order & sloppy as all hell. No matter what you ask or pay for. They don’t care.
