Over multiple occasions, I have unfortunately experienced consistently terrible service at this Taco Bell. They frequently get my order wrong and when it’s correct, it’s prepared incorrectly. The staff is consistently rude, showing attitude during ordering. They even prioritize Doordash orders, leaving walk-in customers stranded. The franchise owner must revamp the entire crew to restore basic standards. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would. The franchise owners SHOULD be losing money.

Great service before 1am when the window is open. After 1am just don’t bother going, the line was into the street causing traffic problems, and the wait was easily an hour or more. Why do you close your window? It’s way more convenient.

Ordered delivery and this entire bag is good i didn’t order aside from the nacho fries which were stone cold. Out of 9 items they got 3 things correct. They put the wrong ingredients into the wrong items and we made minimal customizations (no sour cream, veggie instead of beef) they also completely replaced one of our items with a poorly made crunchwrap. My night was ruined I actively avoid this location for this exact reason. Not to mention they completely forgot our drinks.

I’m sure they have good food, that’s why I gave the food 3 stars. But that’s the best I could do. I’m actually a delivery driver and the reason I am giving this place a one star review is so that it can check their employees. The lady with the tattoos on her neck is SO very rude. She has a such a crummy attitude that I personally would never buy from this location. They have a mobile pickup place, which I think is nice so we don’t have to sit in the drive thru line. But it’s bad enough when it’s freezing cold outside and we have to wait for our food and then to have this chick giving you dirty looks, rolling her eyes and forgetting the drinks not once but twice. I only gave two stars for the rest because the other couple of people working there seemed nice. But her… I honestly think she needs to get fired for her poor customer service. Absolute terrible customer service. One of the rudest managers I have ever spoken to on the phone. She’s lucky I didn’t get her name because I would report her and her entire team for negligence and lack of responsibility. I have lived in the area for two years and I stopped going to this location immediately after opening because the service was so terrible. I decided to give them another chance today and they blew it. I asked for no tomatoes and they gave me extra tomatoes. Complete lack of intelligence and caring at this location. Shame on Taco Bell.
