First of all… I Love the Nacho cheese fries I ordered 3 orders of those Nacho cheese fries and why was my fries hard as a rock I go by if I won’t eat it I won’t serve it! I decided to not believe the Google reviews and go to this Taco Bell anyway despite the low rating. That was a mistake. My order was completely wrong and dried out so I basically threw $20 down the drain. The people who work there don’t care about the quality of the food so do yourself a favor and drive an extra couple miles so you don’t have to end up throwing your meal in the trash like we did.

6/29/23 9:25pm I ordered the volcano combo through the mobile app. When I came to pick up in the drive thru I asked the lady to grill my burrito hard. When I get to the window a Caucasian lady with colorful hair came to the window (she seemed wired on drugs) handed me my order aggressively while saying here’s your pink lemonade. I couldn’t even say I ordered a strawberry lemonade before she says that’s what she meant. I get all the way home my food is cold and my burrito wasn’t even grilled. I knew I should’ve followed my first mind after reading the reviews prior to coming. What a waste.

So I ordered my lunch with a glass of water like I always do and it seemed like I got charged more than I should have ,so I went over and filled up my water grabed my food and then pulled out the receipt to look at why it costed so much and realized she charged me 2.79 for a cup of water so I went back up and she said I’m sorry you said soft drink !! but I haven’t ordered a soft drink since the year 2009 !! I always drink water !! she didn’t hear me corretly obviously, and she could see I had a cup of water and she still would not give me my $2.79 back! that really sucks these days money is too tight to be wasting this way I couldn’t believe she wouldn’t give me my $2.79 back she could see clearly I was just drinking water

I got there around 6:00 p.m. ordered it was stuck waiting 50 minutes to get my food. The only reason I got it was cuz I finally went to the counter and asked that they double check on my order. Kid at the counter was great, made my food on the spot, and gave me a free taco coupon. It’s still ridiculous that over 20 cars came and went in the drive-thru prior to me getting my food.

A couple things. We were there to have a Rockies special after their big win. We ordered our 2 specials 2 drinks. Come to find out that we could have had free senior drinks for free. The clerk never mentioned that when we ordered. The other problem I had, I needed some hot sauce for my meal and the sauce containers were empty. When I asked for some they said they would get me some in just a minute. Well, it was more like about 10 minutes while they filled the containers with sauce packets and bringing them out to the condiment table. They could have given me my sauce packets and then filled the containers. Poor service.

The food was disgusting, my kids ordered a quesadilla and it tasted like they had barbecue sauce on them. My “soft” taco was hard and crunchy. The tortilla was either made wrong or was stale. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

This place always seems to be short-handed. SO much attention is placed on the drive-thru, whereas guests are left waiting in the lobby for dine-in and online pick-up orders. Would recommend the drive-thru at this location, bc it seems to move pretty quickly. Don’t come inside. And don’t place an order for “quick” pick up

Absolutely the fastest, most accurate and consistent tacobell I’ve been to in quite some time. Drive thru was packed at lunch time which is usual. The line was consistently moving forward and ordering was simple and clear. Honestly probably one of the very few times my order was actually correct and not missing something or screwed up in some way. Tell the Johnstown location to learn something from these guys here.

This Taco Bell will always put their drive thru first before the dining room. I’ve seen many instances where they will have literally one taco or burrito for a dining room order and it will take 15min or more just to put that out due to them making drive thru orders priority. I will watch as new cars approach the drive thru and they will put those new drive thru orders before all the dine in customers who have been waiting. This is literally every time i go in there i see this go on which is about once a week being my son loves one of their items. I hate to say it but i have found you will actually get your order way faster if you hit drive thru first then just take it in the dine in right after.
