Lost online order after I got confirmation it was completed and ready to be picked up. The workers tried to make it right but all the iems where not made correctly. Talked to ppl who eating in taco bell and the in person orders where incorrect also. Staff was noce and apologized but not sure about the management at this facility and its not being run correctly.

Worse Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had! Let’s start with the rude employees who were busy horseplaying instead of helping customers. I also got attitude for my order being larger. Then I was told, “I’m sorry it seemed like we were blowing you off” by one of the employees so I know it wasn’t just me. That said, they really messed up the order and I swear it was on purpose – 3 items missing and others not customized as requested even though it was probably $6+ extra worth of customizations. What we did receive was the worst Taco Bell food I’ve ever tasted and I’ve eaten a lot of Taco Bell in my life. Some of the food seemed like they scraped the burnt-on side of the pans and scooped it into a burrito. We ended up throwing away 4 burritos because they were inedible. So essentially we lost out on 7 items in our $53 order. To top it off, tacos were thrown at the bottom of a bag of heavy food so they were smashed and ingredients spilled all over the bottom of the bag.

Ordered a couple burritos, 1 with no sour cream and 1 no red chips. Both had the sour cream and red chips in them. The fries were also burnt. It took longer than it should’ve to get out as well. Usually they are really good, but this time it was just awful.

This is insane I spent 32 bucks drove home 45 mins and all the hard tacos had no meat and the shells was soggy and the food all together tasted terrible and I would like to know the name of the girl who gave me my food she was rude and snoody

Let me tell you! This Taco Bell has the most AMAZING STAFF! Super friendly and such great service!! I am NEVER disappointed when I go here. They really do respect the customer and always give me enough sauces when I request a lot of it. And I mean A LOT.

45 minutes in drive through..still got the wrong order, with only 2 cars in front of me. Came back few weeks later, and they forgot 4 items from my order.. 4!!! Staff is rude, food quality is terrible, and they CONSTANTLY rip you off.. is it that hard to give me what I paid for???? Will not return! Please dont waste your time at this location..

I grade fast food on a curve against similar establishments. This location has friendly staff, maintains a cleaner than typical TBell dining area, and rarely messes up orders. When they do, they handle it properly/professionally (unlike the Sonic at the next intersection).
