I ordered Sunday around 10pm. It’s possibly the best taco bell I’ve ever eaten. Service was fast and the food was good .

Hands down the absolute worst taco bell I have ever been to in my entire life. How do you have someone sit in your drive through for 30 minutes and not take a single order.. an absolute joke of an establishment and is ran by children who will close it whenever they want to because their job is too hard.

One of the worst taco bells I have been in. Came in and imidiatly I over heard an employee (maybe the manager)behind the counter slandering either me or someone in the drive thru. None of the staff clean/work in between orders and what seems to even when there is one.. still someone is twitlling their thumbs. And the food might look good and ik its taco bell but the way it had me have the runs was like they put laxitive in it (probably poor food conditions to cause food poisoning but I would not be surprised if those lazy workers be goofin off).

First off. This location no longer does face to face orders you have to do it on an automated screen (ok I don’t work there, I shouldn’t have to do my own order that’s why you go out to eat, lol.) The food was ok except huge onions in everything even though we ordered everything with no onions because one of us has an allergy (which we put on the special orders section and clarified with the manager when asked about it). The dining area was filthy. Food everywhere, thrown on the floor and tables (we had to clean off a table to eat). Honestly, we should have just left as soon as we walked in. There was a homeless guy standing in the lobby who reeked of cigarettes just hanging out. We would have, but this was the only Taco Bell on the way to where we were going. Will not go back.

This place is laughable and I legit have no idea why they are still open. Their hours are whenever they feel like it. Sometimes you go there and they only serve door dash. If you have gotten this far in this review – go to another Taco Bell. Better yet, got to your local small mexican resturant and get the real deal.

These guys are a joke. I ordered some volcano tacos since they were made available on the date of this posting. They gave me dorito tacos. I literally wasted my money cuz they couldn’t give me what I ordered. On top of that I had to wait just to get my drink cup and they barely spoke English. Ridiculous.

Food was acceptable; ordered a cravings box and everything except for the Queso sauce seemed half empty; the Queso sauce itself being absent entirely from the chips and Queso ordered. Otherwise the food tasted like taco bells standard affair.

This is my local taco bell and for a while it seemed they were going down hill with things not being made well, either with very little in it or not folded well. The last few times I went, it was wonderful. Keep it up, I appreciate you guys.

Had the worst experience I have ever had tonight at this location. Taco Bell has been a place I have always enjoyed, however after tonight that may change. First problem I ordered 4 beefy 5 layer burritos. 2 for me 2 for a friend. When I got home I had only received 2 of the 4 burritos, no big deal it happens. Second problem the 2 burritos I did receive where very poorly rolled, my friend unwrapped one and about half of the burrito plopped out all over his shirt. The second burrito you could clearly see had exploded inside the wrapper. I returned to store to get my two missing burritos and bring the poor wrapping to their attention and request a remake. When I brought it to the attention of the associate at the window she rudely apologized and then proceeded to remake the requested burritos slamming the drive through window in my face. Third Problem when the newly burritos were brought to me I opened the bag to inspect and the very first burrito in the bag had sauce and sour cream coming out of it all over the bag and the wrapper. I brought it to the associates attention and again asked for a remake and was refused. I was told it’s edible we just can’t remake it. Just because it’s edible doesn’t mean I want a burrito that’s going to pour open all over me. I asked again for the remake and was again rudely refused. Finally got to see the MOD who offered to personally remake the burritos herself. While she went off to remake them another male associate was in the window smirking at me and my friend. This associate was clearly showing how upset they where about our complaints. When the new burritos came back I brought the behavior of both associates to the attention of the MOD she apologized and said she was just filling in. I asked for the name of the General Manager of the store, and the name of the two employees. I was given the name of the General Manager but was refused the name of the employees. The male associate then decided to yell out the window “I am not giving you my ****ing name” and the window was slammed in my face. This all occurred on 3.7.2020 at around 10:30 at night. I will be bringing this to the attention of the appropriate people. Some serious retraining needs to happen here. Once I got home from this experience I then noticed the Tacos I had also ordered for my wife where very poorly wrapped. Below are attached pictures

Wow look at the reviews and everybody says the same , you wait here for forever to get your food and the quality and quantity of it is majorly disappointing (which is a total understatement) , I haven’t been to this Taco Bell in nearly a year because of these problems and figured I would give it another chance to day and what do you know , we are in the same exact boat . They might as well close this location down because they are only ever staffed with two people at the most and can never ever ever maintain more than that, I am sorry to anybody in the future who unknowingly waste their money here
