If you are out of an ingredient, you need to be honest with your customers. All of our tacos were replaced with steak instead of the regular ground beef. Nothing at all was mentioned to us. The entire interaction was normal. This seems like they didn’t want to lose a sale so they chose to have us be disappointed when we got home. How deceitful and disrespectful.

Service was great, but the tacos were disappointing. Ordered some valcono tacos, the shells were broken on most of them. There was barely any cheese or lettuce. The tacos were not hot at all, these are not the same valcono tacos that they had all those years ago. I recommend avoiding this menu item completely.

Literally one of the worst taco bells I’ve ever been to. I waited almost 40 minutes in line at the drive-thru and when I finally got my food it genuinely was the smallest possible burrito that they could get away with and the steak looked and tasted like dog food.

It would always be a hit or miss for me when it came to certain taco bells, but this one was not that bad. My experience with this location was pretty good. The crunchy tacos that I had ordered did not come all soggy and stick to the paper wrapping by the time I got home to enjoy them. The only issue that I experienced was that the drive thru took about 15 minutes just to get my food. Granted there were about 5 cars in front of me, but it still felt like it was taking a bit too long. Other than that I would come back assuming I wouldn’t need to wait so long again. (Side note: Not sure if others experience it too, but my phone data does not work in that general area, so if you need to GPS yourself back home you might need to drive a bit farther out).

As fast food goes these folks were great. Initially it was kinda messy in there but a staff member was on it and got it cleaned up quick.

This is consistently, and by far the worst taco bell I’ve ever experienced. Regularly gets orders wrong, Regularly closed at random times, and good luck getting food in under 15 minutes.

I waited until the 5th visit to ensure accuracy of my review. Consistently a 15 minute wait for food, with 2/5 orders missing items. Poorly run.

Waited 12 minutes for 3 burritos, seemed like I(and others) were served when drive thru had no cars. So if a car went in line, we were bumped behind the car. Definitely it was due to lack of staff. Maybe in the far future I will pop in again and do a rating adjustment but until then my advice is just to go thru the drive.

Sometimes, due to staffing issues, it can take a while but the employees I have encountered have always been so pleasant and our food is consistently on point. Thanks!!

It literally took 40 minutes from the time I ordered until the time I received my food. I was 20 minutes late getting back to work after my lunch break. If the service is going to take this long, you might as well keep the business closed and don’t open it again until you have enough employees to actually run it.
