Worse experience ever! After ordering on the kiosk and serving ourselves we along with 6 other hungry custimers in the lobby waited 37 minutes for our “fast food” and finally cancelled our order. They were strictly catering to drive through customers ONLY. This was at 7:50 PM on a Friday night 08/25.

Stuck in a nightmare… in the drive thru for almost an hour with no escape. Surprised to see at least 3 people working since I could’ve sworn it was just only 1 person working the register and making the food at the same time with how slow it was to get to the window. I paid for the food and waited another 10 minutes for the food to be handed to me. It would’ve taken me less time to go to the grocery store and make my own tacos, which is definitely the plan next time rather than coming to this place.

Worst service location ever. Always busy but never enough employes working and if there are employees they are doing bare minimum. We shouldn’t have to wait an hour for a Mobile order while watching the drive thru get their food with ease. Please retrain this location on efficiency and customer service. #dobetter

I had to wait 23 minutes for 5 items that I ordered on the kiosk! 23 minutes! I understand that ppl get busy but there was two people in the lobby, and few people in drive thru to serve. Definitely not coming back here again. On top of that they over charge you for your order. My order came out to $12.17 and I ended up having to pay $24.34. I ended up finding out the little girl who was working the drive thru on 6/24/23 @ 6:32pm traced my credit card information and bought a couple things for herself! Absolutely do not recommend doing business with these people. They’re extremely rude, unprofessional, and thieves!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We waited in line in the drive through for 20 minutes before being told that they’re no longer taking orders. I went to the lobby door which was locked. Another customer came out and said the manager was having a fit because they’re understaffed and she was closing the store. And I get that. But I waited for 20 minutes on my lunch break to walk away with NOTHING. Fire this manager and get someone in there that can run this place.

The kids work there were slow. My Tacos we’re at the bottom of the bag so they got crushed up the young lady at the window insisted the people in the back to remake them and they did so the customer service was amazing. The time I waited was a little longer than I wanted to.

This place is hit or miss. They have this young sweetheart at the window some days, then a guy who seems like he’s high on other days. He should definitely not be at the window EVER. It’s comical to me but might be rude to others. I grew up around crackheads so it’s a normal day to me. I’ve never had any issues with the food.

This is the grossest nastiest most rancid Taco Bell I have ever been to they literally wrapped up a bean burrito like nothing I’ve ever seen in my life it wasn’t edible at all everything was cold and hard I waited 20 minutes in the lobby just to get a bean burrito I asked for sour cream on it and no onions they gave me onions and no sour cream.. everyone in the back was just messing around and joking not caring about anything. Seems like it’s a teenagers dream job! they get paid to literally not give a s**t about quality or customers. I have no idea how they even get thru one day. Good luck getting anything fresh the floor and counters were a mess. And this place hasn’t even been open that long.
