The last two times I went to this location my Crunchwrap had no meat in it. So I’m gladly driving to the Taco Bell at 52nd and Wadsworth which is at least 2 miles further from my house. 52nd and Wads has always been a better location in my experience. Never once had a bad experience at the 52nd location. 64th and Sheridan either doesn’t give you all you ordered, order isn’t right, or something is wrong. Don’t know what their problem is but you should avoid that location like the plague!!

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I feel this issue needs to be brought to a manager’s or owner’s attention. I sat at the speaker for at least 2 minutes with no acknowledgment from an employee so I said, “hello” (mostly to make sure they weren’t closed). I was given something along the lines of “just give us a minute” in an extremely rude tone. I understand that fast food can be extremely difficult and have been in the same position, but I also know that one of the first things taught about running the window is to acknowledge the customer immediately (even to ask them to wait). I was also not given any napkins or silverware (for a Mexican pizza)- luckily I had extras in my car, but it is still very frustrating. I have an extra star for the quality of the food, however- everything was hot and fresh, which is often not the case in fast food.

Says hours are until 12am, it’s 11:46 and workers were inside but drive thru prompted they were closed. Womp womp. If you need to close early due to staffing issues change your restaurant hours so we don’t drive out of our way for no food.

I got 5 tacos with exta cheese, and 2 nachos. They charged me 19 dollars. I will never buy food from here again. I can get a real meal for that amount of money. TACO BELL HAS LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER!!!!

Used to love but literally MAYBE one tablespoon of meat in Cheesy Gordita and definitely not fresh. I took one bite and tasted like it had been sitting there for a month. Let’s just say my dogs wouldn’t even eat it.
