The service stinks here my order was messed up then the fountain area is so nasty and then the tables finally found one clean. This place is so unhealthy from this uncleanliness. Tables from the angle I took them doesn’t show dirty but they was very dirty. Only put a star so I could make a review so very disappointed in this place and there is no one but us here pretty disappointed very much can’t believe this place!!!!!! When I was manger of a restaurant in the past cleanliness and getting orders right and make a great restaurant as a whole was top priority.!! The restaurant would had been shut down if it would has been reported this way and no open until place was spotless and all workers understood their job. Not one time I had to do this cause my workers and I took pride in where we work and the people we served. That was a different restaurant name I was running but when I use to work for a Taco Bell in the past we took pride in what we all did !!!! You and your employees seem to not take proud for all this to happen get it together come on !!!

They need to update their business hours. It says here they close at 9 I went at 8:25 and the speaker stated they were closed. There was cars parked around waiting on their food….

Food is good but I get charged for almost $4 for a tea and they don’t have any sweetener, rather get Starbucks at that price. Then to top things off when I get my own sweetener and decide to taste the tea, it’s already sweet! I’m diabetic and asked for unsweet. Very poor customer service.

As soon as I pulled up to the menu I was asked what I wanted, which is good, but after that I was asked again every 30 seconds, 6 TIMES, until I ordered. I ordered for only two people and they still messed up my order. I had to drive through again to get my missed items and was then treated rudely.

If you like waiting for more than an hour for your food and rude/childish workers this is the place for you! Otherwise go somewhere else. Horrible experience don’t know how it maintains to stay open. Place is clean tho so congrats on knowing how to clean.

On the drive through seemed cheerful, however when ask questions the tone came down that made me sad. I ordered a large mash potato n gravy for a large seemed the scoop keeps getting smaller and smaller. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of it. Ask for salt and pepper was given a lot of salt but only two pepper Plus no receipt for my order. I returned for more pepper but attitude was not very friendly annoyed. On driver tru (well come to the window) not even an OH my sorry not problem we got you or something….customer courtesy. Just all we ask for.
