I don’t mind forgetfulness, I don’t speak mind too much but it is never okay when you forget chips and queso on an order to stop sweeping, grab it without washing your hands and give it out free. Front counter stayssss front counter and today we was a 0 out of 5 stars keeping on sweeping while you got counter. I really wonder how busy it’s been today. My kind of take. Still plan to come back I’m relatively close to this location!

The cashier tried to rip me off. After placing order I used my card, seeing approval on transaction. The cashier stated that my card had been declined due to lack of funds. I go somewhere else and order food and paid with same card got my food. Went back to this location to show receipt to manager on duty. She gave me back my money. So sad that this place has gone down in service and I will not be back.

The wall was filthy and had ants on it. We had to use the kiosk cause the wouldn’t come to the counter I even watched them loose a customer cause he waited so long at the counter with no service. You could even hear the staff talking vulgar in the dining room.

A manager by the name of Rebecca is the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever encountered. She left an impression on me that make me never want to spend money at any Taco Bell. The head manager Marrissa Beck was helpful and understanding. Hopefully Rebecca is demoted and never place in a position to lead workers again!!! The staff on her shift looked Miserable and uncomfortable. Do not eat their if Rebecca on duty. You will hate your Experience.

Well let’s see I tried to order crunch wrap well they were out supposedly they said you can go to another Taco Bell 2nd tried to order a Mt dew baha blast well they were out like nothing been stocked there. 3rd burritos were hard beans were like old taste no sauce when I clearly said extra extra sauce….S 14th location sucks balls!!!!

I just want to say this about Rebecca my 5 stars which I don’t give all that much because I’m not sure about the food content so I may. Have to update it based on food but Rebecca’s customer service gives that woman a raise promote that woman she is fanpastic. I would come there every day because she is just on point with her customer service. She is amazing if she does not get a raise or get promoted. It is a missed opportunity and I don’t say this lightly and I don’t do this lately. She was awesome promote that woman.

The superior Taco Bell in this area, better attitudes and they don’t mess up my order everytime like BUFFALO GAP. They actually give me extra when I ask for extra, if you ask for extra on BG they give you less lol

Taco bell is now removing the Quesoritto from the menu completely after having moved it to online order only, bad company that just keeps removing items to make them “limited time” in hopes of selling more.
