On July 4th 2023 the regional manager Carl Parker & the GM Alyssa Sossa, had we the staff, not only working in the oppressive heat on the brink of passing out from heat exhaustion ( the air conditioning had been inoperable for a week of triple digit weather- it’s even hotter on a food prep line) , but had us continue to serve food they well knew & were fully informed wasn’t tempting correctly & could have gotten many citizens & visitors to the Snyder Tx location sick. It was a gross display of profit over humans.

Out of fast food places in Snyder, Taco Bell use to be quick and food was delicious. Here lately I have to say Taco Bell has been dropping the ball. Taking forever to receive the food, not being able to prepare the food as ordered by the customer, and the ways its prepared is a complete different method from before. The method being used to prepare the food now is not good at all. Next time I think about ordering from this Taco Bell, these past issues encountered will be considered.

Ok so I went a few weeks ago with my son. He orders from the kiosk and me from a cashier. I waited about 20 mins for my food. My son got his food but I didn’t till 20 minutes later!

Isaiah is an awesome employee. He should be the manager. After the Manager Rosie assaulted me and my husband had to call the police, he handled everything. Rosy ran out the back door as soon as the police pulled up. All because we ordered 2 burrito shells. Everyone else in the store was nice and trying very hard. The GM showed up just as the police were pulling in and never even bothered to speak to us. Apparently this store has some really great employees that they need to promote. Thank you Isaiah for being an outstanding, professional young man.

They forgot to put an item I ordered in the bag, and there was an open sauce packet in my bag. So, I pulled around and tried to go in the south door. It was locked. There were 2-3 women inside laughing at me when I got to the window. And, they said, “Sorry about the sauce pack, they come to us like that sometimes.” while continuing to laugh at me. So rude. There was literally no one in the store or at the drive thru. I don’t understand why there were so many mistakes made for this one (and ONLY) order. Maybe if they paid more attention to doing their job instead of their makeup, they’d have better service. I absolutely LOVE Taco Bell, but I won’t be coming back to this one in Snyder.
