WARNING!!! DO NOT eat at the Taco Bell at 9832 Slide Road, Lubbock TX. I wish I could have posted a 0 star but it wouldn’t let me.The food and service is awful. They make you order on a Kiosk when you go inside. If you don’t know this going in there and expect them to take your order, the staff, including the manager will all laugh at you and force you to use the Kiosk. They will humiliate you and give you a free drink. Food was super soggy, cold and tasted like slop. Soggy tacos, crunch wraps, and Mexican pizzas. My dogs wouldn’t even eat it. Highly disappointed after spending $52 for my family to eat. Hoping they will refund our money. I will make sure corporate and everyone else knows in Lubbock and outside of Lubbock. I placed an order at 7:31pm. One of the items was a Nachos Bell Grande. When I got home (about 10 minutes away) I realized that there was NO CHEESE on the nachos. NO CHEESE, as in the most basic ingredient on nachos. I returned (about another 10 minutes later), went up to the front door with hours marked closing at 9pm and the doors were already locked. So, I had to wait in line to get this fixed. I ran a stopwatch on my phone to see how long it would take and I was in line for 40 minutes and 32 seconds. When I finally got to the window, the person, whom I believe was a manager of some sort, handed another set of nachos out the window, said, “here” and closed the window. No chance for me to ask for any kind of refund or any compensation for having to wait for nearly an hour just to get my “fast food” order fixed.

I like the location and I like the food but the service is awful. The manager forced us to use the kiosk, didn’t want to help us, and this is the thing that made me mad. An elderly couple walked in to order food, manager forced them to use the kiosk instead of helping the customers, knowing that they didn’t know how to use the kiosk. The poor couple looked frustrated they just wanted to order food. For God’s sake help the elderly customers.

They’re constantly out of everything! The night time employees specifically are very rude and disrespectful! Every time I’ve been recently, there is a worker that looks high out of her mind that she can’t even talk! This night specifically they were out of beef, beans, cheese, and tortillas! It’s Taco Bell and they’re out of tortillas?!?

Multiple times I’ve placed mobile orders and when I get there to pick up nobody’s there working and I don’t get served. I’ve been trying to get refunds through their customer service to no success. Their literally taking my money for nothing in exchange and refusing to refund. A must skip for sure.

This is the worst taco bell in existence. Slow. Rude employees that give you attitude when you tell them they got order wrong. Then they Make it again the exact same way wrong again 2 minutes later and tell you no its right. Never seen customer service like that ever. Food was bad even for taco bell standards. Stay away from this one.

Went for the third time and everytime I have been highly disappointed. They took at least 15 minutes to give us our food and when we got it they gave us things we didn’t order and left out half of our items. When we came back through the window was open and we heard the employee inside was talking to another employee clearly unaware we could hear accusing us of lying and saying she gave us our order and was very annoyed. I am sorry you can’t get our order right it’s not my fault maybe listen the first time. And if you do get it wrong have better customer service and be nice about fixing it. Got home and they didn’t even get us sauce and realized our tacos were actually not tacos they just decided to come up with their own order.

We have been here a total of 4 times since moving to Lubbock, and all 4 of those times(with the same employees) have been absolutely HORRIBLE! The first 2 times of going we had to make 3 trips back through the drive thru to get our complete order! The last 2 times we’ve had our food thrown at us by cooks! The customer service is horrible! I would definitely recommend going to a different one than the one on slide.
