This location is plagued with the same poor and unprofessional behaviors most quick serve restaurants have, if dining-in…no greetings only blank stares and attitude ( as if, we’re bothering them and they’re paying for our orders ) also nothing but griping, gossiping and complaining about every customer coming in or pulling up at drive-thru. My heart goes out to new hires ( who are caught in the middle and shouldn’t be the ones held responsible), the ones who actually care about serving guests and are welcoming, only to find out these toxic behaviors come from the top down ( lazy, undeserving of position GM’s ). My husband is right, we can also vote with are dollars.

This is by far probably the worst Taco Bell in all of Lubbock!!!!! Everything that we ordered was crammed into the bag all of the tacos that we got were all broken and soggy there was hardly any contents to any of the food that we ordered. Plus they also were kind enough to include a giant portion of the bag that something came in, 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. These guys can never get it right and the food that we got made my entire family sick with food poisoning

Manager runs a tight shift in what looks like an Armageddon style taco bell. And what I mean, is that it looks like the drunks hit this location after a pint. No once have I waited outside the allotted time. The employees here don’t deserve to have their shi+ busted by drunks. Legends of the Bell work here. Thank you

Total of $37.00 order, first we got refused because they didn’t have change. Next when I called the manager they say it’s because their District manager told them not to accept. We are talking about 12 dollars in change here. This is terrible leadership maybe focus on developing your staff around proper cash taking behaviors before you just refuse legal tender. This leader clearly doesn’t care about growing their business.

As a delivery driver this is the worst location to get at night on the weekend. I waited in drive-through for an hour last night and now I’m here tonight for 30 minutes and the line has just moved up one car. The customer gets the food cold please fix.
