Waited to almost 30mins for my food. Workers kept telling me YOU STILL WAITING FOR YOUR FOOD. Supposedly one of the lined thought the other lines was making my food. Nobody apologized. An when I got home crispy tacos were STALE!! all around poor experience

We just walked out of the taco bell on William cannon to come to this location, what a difference, the floor was clean, the staff was so nice and friendly. People were actually walking out with food. We got our order in 15 min, we waited longer at the other location to not even be spoken too.

I don’t know if this Taco Bell has been cursed or what’s going on, but multiple people I know refer to this as “the bad Taco Bell”. I’m sure the employees are trying their best but between the drive through moving at a snail’s pace, the orders being wrong more often than right, and the service just generally being under-par, you’re better off going to the William Cannon or Buda locations than risk this place.

Horrible Customer Service had an issue with my order where there was an allergy and they still ended up putting what I was allergic to on my food called the same day told me there was not a manager available called the next day. Spoke to someone name, Alyssa she said that the manager that was there the day before that was there. I guess she forgot to put me on hold so she was talking very rudely saying how there’s someone on the phone lying and then when I asked for the other managers name, she refused to tell me the other managers name because she said she doesn’t wanna get anyone in trouble, and then she hung up on me terrible Customer Service, rude people if you don’t like your job, simply don’t be there!!! so I will be taking this up to Corporate, because if my daughter would have taken a bite out of the food with the allergic reaction, she would’ve been hospitalized and they cared less!!!! So ALYSSA if that is your real name, I will be reporting you!

I deliver food regularly. That said, this may be the junkiest food establishment I have ever been to. Half of the time the lobby or the drive-through is closed. They run ~30 minutes behind on all pickups and favor/uber deliveries. Staff are normally yelling at each other, or focused on taking a break or making themselves a snack while we wait. Stay far far away!!!

I know it seems moot to review a fast food place, but the cashier Cordero messes up our order every time, even when he repeats it back to us correctly. When you’ve had a long day and you’re tired and you just want something quick to eat, it is very frustrating to have to go back through the drive-thru. This location is just not worth it.

There was a time when this Taco Bell was fine. That was ages ago. No matter what I order, I almost always get no meat. Dollar item? No meat. $5 item? No meat! You’d think this place was vegetarian but they seem to add meat to vegetarian orders I see in the reviews. I ask for sauce for my 4 items. I get 2-3 sauce packets. I order Hot n Fire sauce, I get Mild and Diablo. I order 6 soft tacos, 6 LTO burritos and 2 crunchwraps and 2 nachos, I get 8 potato burritos. How is that even close to trying?

I get it, it’s Taco Bell. I’ve obviously set aside my standards by walking though the door but your employees are worthless. I was standing at the counter to order (how stupid of me) when an employee comes and points to the kiosk for me to order, he doesn’t say a word at all, just continues to point. I felt like I was in the movie Idiocracy. Left and won’t come back.

So it’s 1:40 am. I pull up. Ask for 2 chalupa chicken tacos. Only to be told they’re out of chapula and beef. Ok cool. Even laughed cause it the end of the night. I get it I work in restaurant. I order 3 supreme tacos and 2 crunchy supreme tacos. Since I was told it was chicken that’s what I was expecting. I get home and I have no tomatoes, sour cream nor chicken. I got beef on my tacos. I hate to write bad reviews. And I can’t tell you how many times my common twist get forgotten and I let it go. And you might think or it’s only Taco Bell why complain? This is unacceptable! I want a refund.
