Thee worst C squad Sunday night experience. Spent $28 something-I have them the rest for a tip hoping and praying the food would be good or the service maybe. NOPE. Every taco we got was literally empty. A tiny amount of meat-like just a ball like a meatball. No lettuce about 8 shreds of cheese too. So disappointed. No standards at all. And the bag was so wet on the bottom there was a hole by the time I got home which is only a 2 minute drive. It’s pointless leaving a review because I’m sure the store manager doesn’t care. And there are zero repercussions for this terrible service.

Taco Bell is another one of those fast food establishments that rarely change over time. A basic crispy taco today taste just like it did 40 years ago. I enjoyed the food and the service was provided with a smile. What more could you want?

today i visited taco bell for the first time in a hot minute! the service “Alexis” showed was more then excellent. He greeted us with smiles on his face, never let the smile drop, and never let the my presence feel like a burden. Alexis bussed our table, took our trash, and even asked if we needed any extra sauce. Alexis is definitely the most top tier taco bell employee not only at this location, but at every location. This young man deserves a raise and made my family dinner such a pleasure!

Saw the commercial about the new Dipper tacos made with shredded beef, so I drove to my nearest location to get a few. Got there, ordered my tacos with sour cream, and went back home. Long story short, none of the tacos had sour cream, and none were made with shredded beef. I went back to the Taco Bell and had to wait in a long line before I had an opportunity to speak to anyone. When I told the guy my tacos were made with regular taco meat, he said they had run out of the shredded and corporate told them that the seasoned taco meat was an acceptable substitute for shredded beef. If it were me taking the order, I would have informed the person ordering of the substitute. I was so pissed, I just left. The tacos sucked..

Ordered from the kiosk inside during a non-congested time around 3pm on a weekday. Selected dine-in and selected paying in cash. I waited for 15 minutes inside the restaurant with no one asking to pay. I filed a complaint with corporate who stated cash payments orders are not recognized until they are paid. The problem I have is no employee or manager recognized me waiting for payment or even appeared in the front of the store. The food should be made then payment for dine-in completed when at the cashier. If Taco bell wants to free up labor cost and not have cashier idling that’s fine, but don’t make the customer order their own food and make them go out of their way to pay you. Zero customer service = zero return visits.

They were out of beans and beef, so half of the menu was not an option. 2 stars isn’t because of the shortage. I ordered two burritos with beef; received one with beef and another with chicken. Like dawg how do you make two different burritos for one order.

Went through drive-thru at 5:58 pm cashiers name was Kanisha. The food items were all here, but…. I live 5 maybe 3 mins from store, and the condition of the food was really gross! Tacos were mush burrito supreme wasn’t much more then sauce sprinkled meat and literally a single tomato. I called the store and asked for the manager. (No ne was given) lady on the phone said she was the manager. I explained the food and she seemed angry I called. After having to give each item to her on the receipt because she couldn’t look it up by the order number (seems odd to me) she said Icould come back for a refund or make the order over. She seemed so frustrated about my call, I decided not to go… in fear of what she would do to the next order, or how she would treat me if I went inside for a refund. So I paid 32.95$ to throw mushy tacos in the trash.
