It regularly takes 15-minutes or more to get food in the drive threw line. Still somehow they always get my order wrong. Might as well order for pick up from a restaurant if I’m going to wait that long. Taco bell is comfort food for me but I can no longer go because this store is so bad.

What’s the point of mobile order ahead? I place my order 20 minutes prior to arrival on my way home from work, but for some reason, they don’t ever start my order until I’m here… I’m tired and hungry, if I wanted to wait I wouldn’t take the time to place the order ahead of time. The process just doesnt make sense. Staff is pretty friendly though, if they can make it to talk to you because they’re under staffed like most food joints are these days.

Took over 20 minutes for the workers to acknowledge me at the front counter, which I had been standing at because there was no sign of my order after I had placed the order on their kiosk. On top of that, the tacos gave me FOOD POISONING.

Despite the low standards I usually have for taco bell, this one never fails to disappoint. First, the employees just walk by you for 5 minutes before telling you to order at the kiosk. Then, as the only customer in store, they finally give you your food after about 10 minutes. 2 out of 4 items are made wrong and a third item is so poorly wrapped that when I get home, most of it is laying in the bottom of the bag. It’s been a poor experience every time I have been to this location for the last year or so. Hopefully this time I’ll learn my lesson and quit going back.

My first experience to taco bell in my 35 yrs of age and cause they kept promoting the $1 tacos of the reaper and nacho and another and i went tonight around 10:15pm or so and asked for 2 of each and when i got home i ate 4 and on my 5th one while i was watching a movie i looked down and noticed a long hair in it i was extremely disappointed and upset smh!! And took it back and i did not ask for a refund cause i was just disappointed and i thought they should know what they were serving. And for my first experience there …..well it will definitely be my last! That’s why i didn’t ask for a refund nor to have my food replaced! Smh they made me lose my appetite and also that i would never visit another taco bell again!! Thanks for the experience taco bell!!
