I picked up my order on the way to $5 movie night. I was so excited to see that Mexican Pizza was back and thought to myself that it could be a perfect night. Sitting alone in the movie theater parking lot, I opened my Mexican Pizza to an image of culinary perfection. Savoring each bite, I sipped my Baja Blast that was a burn of flavor balanced just right between carbonation and syrup. I opened my burrito and asked if the universe could be so kind as to get it right this time. The tortilla was perfectly soft, not like those other times. Inside my burrito I found extra beans and red sauce so abundant that it dripped down my beard warming my heart. Thank you gods of Taco Bell! Completing my perfect Taco Bell meal, I put 4 airplane bottles of tequila in my pockets and went inside to see my Horror movie.

I come here pretty frequently, however this time I want to grab my food out of my bag as I normally would and it’s completely filled always in my bag. I asked for light lettuce and extra spicy ranch I received no ranch and extra lettuce. Previously they have left out who burritos out of my order but When I called the store they offered absolutely nothing but to come back to the store and re-buy the burritos I had not received but already bought. I’ve found hair in food which is gross, and I have received cold food. I’ve been eating here for 4 years and love Taco Bell however all of these have happened in the past 3 months

The service and food at the marble falls tx taco bell is the worst. The people at the window look very high. They don’t even say anything but take your money look at you and laugh. This is a small town and some of the people that work there have nothing better to do than get high and talk about the customer. Very unprofessional. Employees like that can get taco bell in in legal problems.

Order 12 pack of tacos paid $22. Opened the tacos and there was LESS than a TEASPOON OF MEAT IN THE TACO. I will post a pic.. it’s ridiculous. To be charging so much more then to rip off customers by giving a flat taco.. posting a picture.. never going back!

Taco Bell has moved/ is moving to kiosk ordering. Ordered and paid for a bottle of water only to be handed a cup and told they were out of bottled water. “Help yourself to tap water…” No refund offered.

Everything was wrapped in the green burrito wraps even our tacos? I hate to be picky but it was quite annoying opening up 5+ food items completely to see whose was whose. I said no lettuce on my tacos (the girl did put no lettuce on the screen so good job order taker) and I got what seemed like extra lettuce instead. Top it off I asked for extra extra extraaa mild sauce and got not a singular packet in my bag. Shame on me for not checking before I drove away though. I’m just highly displeased with the whole experience. Taco bell was my pregnancy craving tonight and they missed the mark now I’m sad!!! I forgive them though they are doing their best

I went through the drive-through. I ordered a Mexican Pizza. The man at the window barely even looked at me or greeted me. He was very busy telling another employee about the lady in the car who had just left. I handed him my debit card, and he just took it and then handed me my card and receipt. All of this time, he was still talking about the customer that just left. He handed me my order. I thanked him, and he just turned his head and continued to talk to a female employee, who is now working the window. My Mexican Pizza sure did not look like the one they showed in the commercials on TV. It looked like there wasn’t anything between the tortillas. It barely had some refried beans on it. I was very disappointed in how it looked and tasted!

Service at this location is typically poor and dine-in order delivery is terrible. New here…self ordering. On the bright side, food quality is consistent with with other stores in the chain. It’s reasonably affordable to feed a family.
