Lobby was a little dirty. Biggest concern was food quality. I’m new to town but should have put 2 and 2 together when I saw taco cabana had 10+ cars in line and taco bell had….1. With no costumers inside. Should have checked the food inside before I left with the bag. Got home to find almost vegetarian chalupas (I ordered beef). And lettuce looks like it was mixed in with old lettuce. And crinchy taco was smashed. Save your money. If you do go. Go inside and check your food. Apparently it’s hard to use a scoop to scoop things Into a taco.

I never liked much of Taco bell’s food, but today I decided to try this new one. I ordered the power bowl with chicken. It was delicious and pretty healthy. Service was very fast (drive thru). I can’t rate the atmosphere, but I’ll definitely go for this dish again.

They got my order wrong, went back to fix it. The girl at counter pretty much called me liar and said that was not on my order. They redid the order and still got it wrong I told them I had just spent about 24 dollars . I got a#3 with a extra taco supreme and then my husband got 2 burrito supremes and 3 regular crispy tacos. How hard is this order.. I was really disappointed in the service and they way the young Hispanic girl was mouthy. She made a statement That I could only get what I ordered. I just had done a 6 mile round trip . To fix my order. I will never go again.

Night shift employees are rude and like to curse people out. They refuse to help customers understand the menu and curse at you for asking questions. This was the first time I’ve ever been cursed out by fast food workers. They called me a p-word and told me f you I’m not helping you. Felt like I was in high school again dealing with bullies. Terrible customer service. Won’t return here again.

Who’s Taco Bell is extremely fresh. There’s been a lot of Taco bells I’ve gone to in the food’s been mediocre at best, but this one everything’s always fresh and very tasty. I think I’m getting addicted to their enchiladas.

Team members and mangers at the restaurant are rude and not customer driven. My food was partially made then set aside and forgotten about. After waiting 15min I inquired and they found my order next to a half eaten employee meal. They refused to remake the cold tacos or issue a refund because they didn’t want to take on the waste cost.
