Much better than before. It really makes a difference when the server says more than “Here,” when you’ve paid and gotten your food. The new people must have realized that if customers didn’t come back, they might not have a job in the future and the restaurant doesn’t really pay you, it’s the customers.

Extremely frustrating experience, ordered through the app. Got to the store and the people didn’t have order in their system, couldn’t look up the order number. Was told they couldn’t do anything about it. Went inside to replace the order and literally showed them the order I wanted and they couldn’t recreate it because whatever reason. Ended up spending 20 minutes and not even being able to get what I wanted. Never had this experience at any other Taco Bell. Won’t be back to this location.

EVERY TIME I try to come here (in large vehicle) they ALWAYS close lobby INSANELY EARLY!!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. Will not allow you to walk to window. Why bother being open if you can’t serve half your customers. Walkers, cyclist, motorcycles, and large vehicles.

It’s good food don’t get me wrong. I should start by saying that I have a high resistance to poison and to my knowledge I only have one food allergy. I went to this taco bell and the cheese got me messed up I was sick for two days.

Worst taco bell I have ever been too. The delivery truck parks in a location that blocks the drive-through, order is only right if you order less than 2 things. You’re better off driving ANYWHERE else.

It was a 5 star but had to change it to 1 star. I love taco bell but the girl working the window and some line cook girl named Gabbie was extremely rude I had to go back twice because they messed up the order and still messed it up but don’t have time to go back all day long. It’s a shame this store actually use to be good.

Tables and floors dirty, sauce packets covered in dried sauce. Had tobask for the cups that go with our order. Had to ask for them to clean off a table..watched him drop the rag to pick it up and wipe the table down again. Then walk off leaving the rest of the tables dirty..hopefully they clean that rag soon
