Food was cold. I wish I would have taken a picture to show how sloppy it was. I’ve never seen Taco Bell so greasy. I asked for supreme tacos and got plain tacos. I asked for no lettuce and got no lettuce and tomatoes. This was my second chance here bc I work in the area, but I won’t go back again. The girl at the window was friendly if that’s worth anything. (I had a cold Mexican pizza and 2 tacos. And the best part-cinnamon twists)

So, we drive up at midnight to the Lakeline/Cypress Creek location and the drive thru menu screen is off. We shared that info with the lady through the speaker and she says her Manager says it’s working fine (so we are liars apparently). So, we pull up and a motorcyclist drives by and she shouts at him since it was pretty loud. She told us to circle around and come through again to impact her drive thru times. So, we wrapped around again and gave her our order, four tacos, and again, she asks us to pull forward. She walks out our order and forgets our drink and has to go back inside. This was THE worst experience I have had in drive thru as far back as I can remember. It’s obvious the personnel quality is severely impacting the brand. I wonder if Taco Bell’s sales are limited to after hours since it’s the only thing opened. I will not ever return. Stay away.

At this point just close this Taco Bell. Order is messed up 90% of the time and tastes terrible about the same percent. Last night they gave me the right drink but the whole wrong order. Convinced they just don’t care and send out whatever. Ordered a quesadilla meal with hard tacos, they sent soft tacos and a crunch wrap. Also, how do you mess up making a taco? Night crew specifically. Allergic to tomatoes, I put no tomatoes and tomatoes came all in my stuff. Luckily I checked before I ate it cause I’m used to this Taco Bell messing up horribly.

The Taco Bell employees take it upon themselves to just close any time at night. Clearly says they open till 2 but if you try and go past 11 they will tell you they are closed except on to door dash. Terrible management and terrible customer experience as always at this Taco Bell. Do better

I have loved this location for years but the staff is not the same obviously. Long waits for a terrible product. 20 minute wait with only one car in front of me to get a taco and a burrito. I did not change anything to the taco. It really came out this way. So sad.

Terrible place. Forgot my sauce in the drive through line, got home to find out. Went back and asked for a replacement for a mexican pizza, one item of a $25 purchase. I was told it was “too expensive” to replace lol. It’s like $4. Worst customer service ever. Stay far, far away from these clowns.

My boyfriend and I went to taco bell the other evening and were very disappointed with our order. They were not super busy and the two crunchy tacos that I ordered “ Fresco style” had no meat in them… literally just lettuce and cheese which should be left out on fresco style items. We also didn’t get any sauce… very frustrating especially during this pandemic. I love my crunchy tacos and didn’t get to eat a good dinner :/

May as well shut this place down. Horrible customer service, horrible wait time, get told to go to the door because they will take their time.
