Horrible experience! After charging me through the drive thru, they proceeded too ask me to park at the front of the store to give me my order. I waited a good 15 minutes before I saw a worker walk out of the store walking clueless asking every car for their order. There were at least 5 cars parked before me that apparently were still waiting for their order. I waited 10 more minutes and nothing. I decided to drive around the drive thru again to ask for a refund. To my luck they stopped parking people, therefore, was stuck in the drive thru line for another 10-15 min. Once I finally reached the window, I asked for the refund and they stated my order was ready. I decided to get my order to avoid having to stop somewhere else for food. Fries were half full and extremely soggy, the doritos locos tacos were stale.

I’m a fan of Long John Silver’s and my daughter loves Taco Bell so it’s a win/win, but the most of the staff are compromised of younger people and they seem to not be interested or customer friendly. I work in the retail business and I know first hand that having good customer service is KEY for any business.

Honestly this is the kind of restaurant where if you want your food fresh and done right it’s best to go in the morning, in the evening starting from 6 and forward on the food just gets carelessly made its not done the way you asked and they just do it in a rush just as long as you get your food as fast as possible. Sometimes even during the day they’ll rush ur order just to get you out of the way regardless whether they got ur order right or wrong, and management for workers is incredibly bad coming from an ex employee’s perspective. if you’re looking to work for this Taco bell you have to be willing to learn everything on your own rather than have someone teach you because they’ll just tell you what to do and expect you to do it and do it right.

Whoever did that beefy melt burrito, tortilla was cooked really nice. And that burrito was fantastic. They hadn’t happened in a long. Hope that person keeps on being the one fixing the food. It was really good. Thank you.

This is the 3rd time consecutively that I have asked for 10 hot sauces, and they place 5,6 in the bag in the last 3 months their service has really lacked attention gathering. I may need to go the other tacobell for my food now. Because this one just isn’t making the cut.

The food was ok had a little of an issue with my husband’s taco smelling weird. It didn’t seem like it was very clean in the lobby at all. Smelled dirty and the soda tasted funny as well like it was to much gas not enough soda. And also it smelled like straight up bleach near the soda machine as well. The employees are nice and seem like they care for there customers happiness. But that’s it for the employees. I think they just need to work on cleaniness.

Came last nite ght to get something different from the usual. Im not gonna lie hadn’t been here in awhile it was pretty good. The manager was on the ball, had them cleaning up real nice even brought us our food to the table.. Great customer service
