thought i’d leave a review. we just finished eating and we usually go to the nolana location because it’s closer to us but every time we go they mess up the order and just plain rude or the food taste horrible there. so we decided to go further and from here in out we will start going to this location!! the girl in the drive thru was really nice and patient. you can tell they were having a great night. all the food was fresh and hot even from the drive home. food was made on point, we received napkins, and plenty of hot sauce. the fried stuff we ordered tasted fresh (nolana we had to call to let them know their oil was making the food a dark color and tasted horrible) so it was nice to have finally get a good taco bell experience in the rgv. 10/10 recommend this location. wish every shift had a good team like they did tonight. y’all are the A-team.

The cashier Monica G. was incredibly rude. She kept rushing my order with, “anything else?” when I was not done with my order. I had to stop and slow her down multiple times to add customizations to my order. It was terrible. It’s such a shame because I do enjoy their food.

Went today and got my order and when I pulled up I got my order the lady who handed it to me was very rude. Also didn’t put my chips that I did ask and pay for. I did go back and speak with the manager who was super nice and the lady who handed my food did apologize to me.

I’m only speculating, but the Edinburg location has to be the worst Taco Bell in the valley. Only happens at this particular Taco Bell. My order is always incorrect and the majority of the time, my tacos are soggy, cold, sticking to the paper, and nasty. Talking to the manager is useless and I dont think anyone knows what they are doing. The restaurant is in desperate need of a renovation; It’s dirty, tables are always sticky, and looks old and run down. I honestly don’t know who would have anything good to say about this taco bell, other than staff and maybe their friends and family members. Its HORRIBLE!!

Its good but sometimes they do mess your order. But when they do get it right is top notch and also since its combined with a long john silver, you can also get extra condiments. I recommed getting the my cravings box through the app, you will save a good amount of money.

Terrible manners and workers are not capable of making a taco. They don’t put the meat inside they just rub a empty spoon across it so it seems. Never been to such a poorly ran location.

They should really say when there isn’t a specific drink. I went a while ago to get food, with my order I got a lemonade. When I pull up to the window I’m handed a pink lemonade, I take a sip and it’s not regular. I asked the lady if they had regular lemonade and she said “no, only strawberry” and looked away

The window dude was so rude made me cry. I talked to him with manners and he just slammed the window and made a mean face and had a terrible tone when i asked for my order that i placed online. I will never return here ever again.

This has to be one of the biggest taco fails ever! You seriously want to charge $2.39 for this! I put the sauce packet in picture for scale. This consist of a “piece” of chicken, a few pieces of lettuce a few tomatoes and about 8 strands of cheese. DO NOT ORDER THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED. This is embarrassing especially when you compare to what they show on menu board.
