Don’t order the double steak burrito. If was stuffed with 1/4 pound of rice to appear fat and only had a few small (very small) pieces of meat. You get more meat off the dollar menu. Not worth the money!

There was a huge line last night and I could hear the guy on the speaker from a couple cars back and he gave the same cheerful customer service to every customer. I don’t know who he was, but he was awesome he still remained positive even to one guy who was being rude to him about KFC/Taco Bell no longer having popcorn chicken.

Unfortunately this location is always filthy inside, and I get it, it’s Taco Bell, but come on. This location is also terrible if you want to dine-in as their priority is 100% the drive thru and you will be waiting for quite awhile if you’re eating there(I’m talking 30 minutes or more, I’ve timed it). The tables and seats are almost always all greasy or have beans on them so enjoy that. The only good thing I can say is that the drive-thru seems to be fast and they usually get those orders correct but wow what a difference if you’re eating there.

I don’t even know where to start, y’all have REALLY GONE DOWN HILL, food quality is really bad, you take away the Seniors Discount, really, I ask for fire sauce, and the young lady said ok and hands my food and NO sauce, burrito Cold, taco paper was setting in water or something cuz it was All wet. Won’t be giving my Hard earned $ to y’all.

Tristian the employee might have actually been the rudest person taking orders at any fast food place I’ve ever been. He cut me off several times and when i finally asked if i could finish with the customization to the very first item i was attempting to order he was insanely rude. “Oh ill keep up”. I say ok and complete my order and sit there for 90 seconds. He says “oh so i guess you are done now?” I go to window to speak to Olivia. She was extremely dismissive, offered no apology or anything for my experience. When i finish explaining my problem she sits there staring at me for 60 seconds until i finally ask for her managers name. “Oh i thought i was supposed to be listening”. This is obviously the go-to strategy this manager is teaching employees about handling customer complaints. I will be contacting Ernesto assuming i wasn’t lied to about his number as they would not let me come inside to get it off the sign inside.

I was ordering at the drive-through asking questions about menu items and the person taking my order was very aggressive and told me whatever we have on the menu that’s what we sell as if asking a food related question at a Taco Bell drive-through was not a normal procedure. Everyone in their area is well aware that this place is run very badly food Quality is low and customer service is very mean and aggressive. Go to the Taco Bell on 1604 if you must
